    Welcome to the Enpass Forums.

    For troubleshooting purposes, please try the below steps -

    1. Ensure that you have allowed access to Enpass in your Firewall/Antivirus Settings. Moreover, if you are using any VPN service, try disabling it to check if the issue persists.
    2. Otherwise, create a manual backup of your Enpass data and then reinstall the app on your iPhone.

    If the issue persists, please share the version of the Enpass app you are using on your Mac and I'll have this further investigated for you.

    Welcome to the Enpass Forums.

    I completely understand your point of view, and we are aware of the demand for many feature requests that we receive via forums and email. We are grateful for the feedback we receive from our users, and we keep track of every request. However, all new features undergo certain phases when they are implemented, such as feasibility tests, development, etc, and are only released after a rigorous testing process.

    Having said that, we will definitely notify our users via our forum and release notes once a new feature is released. We appreciate your patience until then.

    Could you please confirm if you are still using the beta build or the stable build from the AppStore? I would also appreciate it if you could please share the below details as well -

    • The version of the OS you are using.
    • The cloud service (if any) you are using to synchronize your data.
    • The total number of Items, Vaults and attachments you have saved in your Enpass app.
    • If this issue occurring for all the apps/webpages or any particular ones? If there are others, kindly share a few of them and I'll get them checked

    Our development team is indeed working on a new version for portable Enpass. However, I would not be able to share any ETA for the same at the moment. I have also duly noted your comments and shared them as feedback with the team. Your patience in the meantime is appreciated.

    Welcome to the Enpass Forums.

    Our development team is aware of the demand for fingerprint reader support on Chromebook. This feature request may be included in future Enpass releases even though we have not yet received any specific version updates.

    Regarding Enpass getting locked and requiring master password instead of PIN, I would like to share that Enpass requires Master Password in the following scenarios (even if the PIN is enabled):

    ·       When the app is closed manually.

    ·       The device is rebooted.

    ·       When too many apps are active in the device background (in this case OS automatically kills some apps to claim memory).

    ·       Similarly, if a user is running the device in power saver mode, or has installed a third-party app that kills background applications.

    Please check the settings of your device once and look for any third-party applications which may be interfering in this case.

    For troubleshooting purposes, please try the below steps -

    1. I would suggest you disconnect the Wifi-Sync server from the connected devices and set it up by following the steps in the link , or manually by following the steps in this link.
    2. Ensure that you have allowed access to Enpass in your Firewall/Antivirus Settings. Moreover, if you are using any VPN service, try disabling it to check if the issue persists.
    3. You can also refer to this highly useful troubleshooting guide in case you get the same error after creating a manual Wifi-sync server.

    If the issue persists, please share the below details and I'll have this further investigated for you -

    1. The version of the Enpass app and OS of all the devices on which you are facing this concern.
    2. A screenshot of the error occurring would be helpful.
