I have noted down your suggestion and forwarded to the concerned desk for further consideration. However, please try copy and pasting your master password in the password field to check if that works. Thanks!

  9. Hi @Mark923, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. I would like to share that Enpass app communicate with the other browsers (Chromium or Firefox based browser) via localhost address (127.0.0.1). Although Enpass extension for Edge browser communicate with the main app via NMHost that's why Edge browser extension is working fine and other browser is throwing Enpass connection error. So please bypass the localhost(127.0.0.1) connection from Sophos Antivrus and let me know if the problem persists. Hope this helps!

  16. Hi @Nigel Sampson, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. I would like to share that since Enpass 6 is based on a new architecture, it will only sync with Enpass 6, and not with previous versions. So, to test the sync functionality, you’d need to install the Enpass 6 on your other device as well. Thanks!

To look further on this issue I want a bit more info from your side kindly let me know the following: On which all devices (along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using on each device? Are you getting any error message or code during sync? If yes, share it with us. Does the Date and Time setting set to automatic on all devices?
