  2. Hi @oldcastle, Sorry for the trouble. For now to autofill in Protonmail.com you have to create two items with same URL. One item will save username and Password along with URL and another item will contain only Password and same URL. Hope that helps!

  4. Hi @tobias, Sorry for the trouble. Please let us know some details for further investigation. On which devices (all of them, along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you running? Are you using two step verification in Google drive? Log into your Google Drive account and look for the Enpass folder there (should be one Enpass folder there). Now inside that folder, check for the sync_default.walletx for the number of copies it has (should be one) Waiting for your reply!
  5. Hi all, I am sorry to hear that you're having trouble with sync. We have found an issue with Box sync, this issue has been fixed and will be available in next update. Till then, we request you to please bear and cooperate with us. Cheers!
  6. Hi all, Sorry to hear about the trouble. The Current UWP App doesn't support the external browser extensions due to sandbox restrictions and unavailability of required APIs to communicate with third party Apps. So to use browser extensions you have to stick with the traditional Windows PC App, at least for now. @iuri, I would like to let you know that TOTP support for Windows desktop is already available. For more details please refer user manual link here.

  8. Hi @Philip Colmer, Sorry to hear about the trouble I am afraid to say that currently I don't have Mailman setup with me. Though the autofilling on web pages with single password field was fixed but may be Mailman is not working as expected. Never mind, I have forwarded this issue to testing team, so they can investigate further. Thinking the best for you!

  12. Hi @ase Welcome to Enpass Family! Really sorry for late reply, don't know how I missed your query:(. Well, its better late than never. The default location of Enpass data is ~Documents→ Enpass→ walletx.db and yes you can change it from Enpass Settings→ Advanced→ Location→ Change location and then you have to just locate the new path. At the moment, Enpass doesn't support auto backup locally in your system but have planned this feature in coming updates. No need to worry if you have setup the Sync which automatically takes backup of your data with latest changes. Cheers!
  13. Hi @PKS, Sorry for the trouble you have started facing in Enpass. Don't worry, we will definitely help you in sorting out this issue. Please let us know some details for further investigation. Which Enpass version are you using? (Please also specify UWP or traditional for Windows desktop). What is the version of your OS? If you are a Windows Insider user, please also mention the exact version. Does the app crash only when you try to add the item or also on editing any item? Does the App crash immediately as soon as you save the item or after couple of seconds? Does Enpass crashes even if the sync is disabled? Is this issue, category specific or the app crashes no matter in which category you add the item? Cheers!

Quick unlock for desktop version is already there in our roadmap but your additional comments will really help us in designing it in better way.   16. Hi @ProJedi, Unfortunately, it sets the default Login icon for all imported items. I know this sounds a bit wonky, but we will definitely improve our import function in future versions.

  18. Hi @Binh Truong, I can feel your pain and sorry for all the trouble in re-enabling the sync on updating Enpass. Actually we are not able to produce it here in our labs and none of other customer or Beta subscriber has reported this issue. Once we have diagnosed the issue, we will let you know. For now, there are some queries for you: What exactly happens? Are you not able to pull the changes from OneDrive (which has latest data) or you're not able to push the latest data from mobile to OneDrive (after making some changes on mobile)? Have you tried reinstalling Enpass? Please also try resetting the Enpass on OneDrive too (Delete OneDrive Folder there). DON'T FORGET TO TAKE A LOCAL BACKUP OF LATEST DATA ON PC. The suggested feature Double-click of the Enpass notification area icon to show the main window is already implemented and will be available in upcoming version. Regarding your feature request Add an option for a (user-settable) global keyboard shortcut to show the main Window is already in our roadmap and will be available in future version. Hope this helps.
