I have a main vault and an iCloud vault. I want to sync the main vault to the iCloud vault. how? don't understand -- I can't copy the main vault items to the iCloud vault so how do I get them to mirror each other?

Dear Enpass Support, if I try to export a vault, the JSON-File has 0 (Zero) Bytes after "succesful export". If I ty to import this file, enpass says "nothin got import". I am using 6.8.4 (1166) Mac-Verision and 6.8.4 (1167) Website-Verions on MacOS 10.14.6

Hi! I am a little worried about my safety. Since probably 1 or 2 weeks the passwords in my vault seem to be changing without me doing anything. I tried logging in to my PayPal and the stored password doesn't work any more. I already reset my password 2 times now. I also noticed that some passwords went from "excellent" to only "good" without me actually changing them. Is this a known issue or does anyone else has access to my vault? Cheers, KarlKaos

What is the recommended method for achieving this? Hi team I am using the latest version of Enpass on Mac and iOS devices, installed via the App Store. Enpass gets very slow, freezes, often crashes to an extend that the app is not usable anymore. I have 800+ password entries in 1 vault. My sync service is a local WebDav service. Any help is very much appreciated.

When I shutdown or restart my Mac mini 2018 running macOS Monterey, for half a second a window appears, saying that Enpass interrupted my Mac from shutdown/restart. Then the window disappears by itself, and my Mac shuts down/restarts. How can I solve this issue?

I have Enpass running on my Mac Studio. This is my main copy and I have set it up as my Wi-Fi Sync Server. I have a single vault and this syncs without a problem with Enpass on my iPad and iPhone. When I try to sync it with Enpass on my MacBook Pro, I get a Sync Error message: "Couldn't connect to WiFi Sync Server. Make sure that server is running and you are connected to same network." I've noticed this for the past couple of desktop versions. I am now on Enpass version 6.5.2 (726) on macOS 10.14.6 (Mojave) on a 2019 Macbook Pro 13". I usually have Enpass open, but minimized to the dock all the time I am logged in. I have noticed when I walk away from my machine for a while, or the machine sleeps, the first time I click to re-open Enpass from the dock it will pop up with the info displayed from the last item I used in Enpass (username, email, password page)...then after maybe one to two seconds it goes to the Enpass PIN screen. I seem to have forgotten my master password and can no longer log in via the macOS app. Touch ID always asks for the master password. On iOS devices, access is still possible via FaceID or TouchID. Is there a way to get the master password?

Hello, This issue is happening on both Macbook Air M1 & Mac Mini M1 for a few months now. It was very hard to pinpoint what app is causing the issue. When I kill Enpass and attempt to copy an email or a username (my job requires it), it's all fine, pasting what ive copied. But if I run Enpass it randomly starts pasting 6 digits (ie you copy youremail@gmail.com and when you attempt to paste it, you get 384302) I'm pretty sure this is caused by Enpass somehow. I don't know how. I'm running version 6.8.4 (1166) of Enpass and Ventura 13.0 (22A380) on both computers. Does anyone experience something similar? Any fix?

MacBook Pro M1 macOS 13.0.1 and Enpass 6.8.4 My Touch ID works. Worked great with 1Password 7, works filling things in Safari, works for wake from sleep, etc. I have the "Quick Unlock" "Touch ID" checked. Yet every time I launch Enpass I get NO option to use my fingerprint. And please explain "Master password is required every time you restart Enpass". Is this saying I cannot use the Touch ID when I launch Enpass??? 1P7 allowed me to use my fingerprint - only occasionally requiring the vault master password to re-verify. thx qb

New Enpass owner but 4th post today. Using macOS 13.0.1 Enpass 6.8.4, and MB Pro and iMac. I really like 1Password and have used it for several version. They have driven me away due to moving to storing my passwords on their cloud and going to subscription fees. Yet I'm feeling the Enpass interface is a bit immature in comparison. Hello, I switched from 1Password to Enpass and now I have a problem with opening attachments on Mac. I have in various cards for example a PDF file (no image). When I want to open that on the Mac, I have to save it to disk first, and then I can open it only. In 1Password I could open it at least with the app "Preview" (press the space bar). Hi, I am experiencing a very bad performance since the last two updates of Enpass. Opening the App directly or via a browser plugin, leads to nearly 1-2 minutes of waiting. This behavior is very frustrating and drives my crazy, hence I am thinking about to go back to 1PW. I'm trying to determine whether the new update for Enpass on Mac actually fixes (any or all of) the problems I (and others) have reported over the last year but the descriptions are so generic, it's very hard to figure out. On my Mac, I found 7622 files in the following directory: ~/Library/Containers/in.sinew.Enpass-Desktop/Data/Library/Caches/CloudKit/de1c*e4e2/Assets They consume 41GB of space and they range in dates from today back to April 10, 2022. Is there a way to stop this from happening and clean up all these similar files? I am running version 6.8.3.

Hi, I unknowingly moved an Enpass folder on my HD and I was forced to re-add my vaults the next time I launched Enpass. After re-adding my vaults, the keyboard shortcuts for copying Username, PW and OTP in the helper are not working anymore. I still get the little popup text that says "Copied to Clipboard", but nothing is copied. Anyone have similar experience?
