It is intended behavior of Enpass that when we search any item and get the result then the sidebar count also gets updated according to the searched result. You can create the shortcuts by following the below steps: For Safari browser- Go to Enpass Setting -> Browser -> Keyboard Shortcut -> Setup Here(It will redirect to Safari Browser)Setup shortcut there. Also, you can refer to this screenshot attached. Note:- Shortcut works when there is login form webpage in background. Thanks!

  15. Hey @bestpika Thanks for sharing the required details. I would like to share that we have fixed similar bug in the latest update (version 6.5.0) on the other platforms. I can't give you an exact timeframe for the update on Portable version. You can, however, try using the Windows version of Enpass available to download from Microsoft Store and our website. Thanks!

  18. Hey, Apologies for the trouble. Please download our latest beta from beta repo. Also, you can refer to this link. Now please follow the below steps- Open Enpass and click on Settings> Browser > Browser Authentication > Review Browser and delete the entry for the browser you are using. Re authenticate the connection between app and extension. Try again and share your findings with us.

  22. Hey @Rojma You might want to update Enpass to the latest Beta version 6.5.0 on your device and check if the problem resolves. Make sure to disconnect the sync on all devices once and then set up the sync again.

Please share the following details so that we can investigate better- On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass and having this issue? Which Enpass version are you using on the same device? Total numbers of vaults and cloud services which you are using to sync data? Number of identical items on each vault. Let me know if you have checked the same item is still in trashed or archived and share your findings. Thanks.
