  1. Hey @poshgeek Welcome to the forum! For quick troubleshooting, disconnect the sync from all the devices and reconnect it again. If your problem persists, please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be. On which all devices and OS versions (mention all) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using on each device? Which cloud are you using to sync the data? Are you getting any error message or code during sync? If yes, share it with us. Does the Date and Time setting set to automatic on all devices? Does the last synced time get updated on the sync page? Thanks!
  2. Hey @lucesan Thanks for writing in. Every time you unlock your Enpass key-chain, an auto-sync is initiated (If Sync is turned on) and Auto-sync also happens after every 15 secs, while the app is in the foreground. Also, when you save any change in item details or master password, Enpass waits for 5 secs and initiates an auto-sync. To check CPU usage, please share the below info for testing purpose: On which device (along with OS version) are you having this issue? Which Enpass version are you using? The number of items and vaults in Enpass? Thanks for the co-operation.
  3. Hey @Guno Thanks for writing back. I would like to share that adding the large notes will impact the performance of the app that's why we have limit the length of notes field. If you want to add more than 20Kb text, then you can write in any text editor and attach the same in Enpass. However, you request has already been forwarded to the concerned desk. Thanks.
  4. Hey, Thanks for writing back and sharing the crash report. I would like to share that the issue has been reproduced by the QA team and our Dev team is now working on the same towards a fix. Please co-operate with us for the time being. Thanks for understanding.
  5. Hey @Mariusz Thanks for writing back. I would like to share that changing will impact many users who uses same functionality to close or quit the app. However, we have noted your inputs and has already been forwarded to the concerned desk. Thanks.
  6. Hey @Cuddles Sorry for the inconvenience. We regret the inconvenience and understand that you’re facing issues with One-drive sync. Please follow the below steps to restore the sync: Take a manual backup of the data on all the devices. Disconnect the sync on all of the devices. Remove the folders Enpass and Enpass1 on One-drive account. Log in to the site https://account.live.com/consent/Manage with the same Microsoft account and delete all the permissions for Enpass. Re-set up the sync with One-drive on both the devices and check. If the issue persists, please let us know. Thanks.
  7. Hey @Butimo Welcome to the forum. We acknowledge your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience. We're already working to resolve this in the next update which will release in the upcoming week.
  8. Hey @PedroPablo & @Clander We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be- Which Enpass version are you using on each device? How many vaults in Enpass on other devices? Are you able to access the same vault you trying to restore on any other device? Does the Date and Time setting set to automatic on all devices? Does the last synced time get updated on the sync page? Thanks!
  9. Hey @Mariusz Could you share the below info: What time have you saved in Enpass clipboard settings? To check, open Enpass Settings > Security > Clear clipboard content. Any particular login item for which does not work consistently? Keyboard layout on your MacOS. Language of Enpass and the system language you're using. Thanks for the co-operation.
  10. Hey @Guno Apologies for the trouble. We've released a couple of updates since this issue. Could you update the app to the latest version and let us know if you're still encountering the same issue with the app? Thanks.
  11. Hey @Free Jack Welcome to the forum! We really appreciate you for exploring the app and giving time in finding this valuable suggestion. You can disconnect the sync, but obviously that's not a pause. We've taken this forward with the dev team for further consideration. Check under Browser settings. You'll find an option 'Automatically login after filling details'. Disable it and check if that is what you're looking for! Thanks.
  12. Hey @Mariusz Thanks for writing in. We would like to share that this is the generic functionality of the app. You can however, simply click on the 'Cross' button to minimize the app. Doing this will keep it running in the background.
  13. Hey @Mariusz Thanks for reporting this. I have noted down this issue and notified the QA team to look into it. Meanwhile please share the Enpass version along with device OS details on which you are having this issue. Thanks for your cooperation.

  18. Hey @Philip Colmer Thanks for writing to us. To do so, you can create a secondary vault and share this vault with the new staff. Once you have set up a new vault in Enpass, you can easily share them with anyone using cloud synchronization. To do so, please follow the below steps- Step 1- First, you’ll need to sync the newly created vault with any of the supported cloud services in Enpass. To do so, follow the below steps- Open Enpass> Go to ‘Enpass settings’ --> Vaults --> Select the new vault---> Select ‘Set up Sync’ and choose a cloud account. Enter your cloud account details, follow the instructions and wait till the sync is done. Step 2- Share the cloud login credentials and secondry vault password with the new team members you intend to share the vault with. Step 3- Now the new staff can restore the vault data by creating a new vault in his/her Enpass from Settings and restore the data via sync using the same cloud account as in Step 1. To do so, please follow the below steps- Open Enpass> Go to ‘Enpass settings’ --> Vaults--> Create a new vault by clicking on '+' --> Click on Restore from the particular cloud --> Login the cloud account--> Click on Continue --> Enter master password (same you using while creating the secondary vault)--> Tap on 'Continue'. Note- 1- Any changes in the new vault will remain in sync as long as none of the team members disconnects the sync on their devices. 2- Every person having access to the new vault has full permissions to read, write (delete) any item from the vault, or even change the vault password as you can’t set any sharing attributes or access permissions. You need to share the password of the new vault which you’re sharing with other users. You’ll have to share the login details of the cloud account with each user you want to share the vault with. Note: We recommend creating a separate cloud account for sharing vaults to protect personal cloud account’s privacy. Also, you can refer to this FAQ. Hope this helps!
  19. Hey @PJS Thanks for sharing your valuable inputs. I have forwarded the same to the concerned team to investigate this issue further. Thanks for the co-operation.
  20. Hey @CLC Sorry for the trouble. I have noted down this and notified the QA team to investigate into this. Thanks for your cooperation.
  21. Hi @CLC Thanks for sharing the details. It seems that firewall is blocking Enpass to connect with internet. Please disable the same and check if the problem still persists. Thanks for your cooperation.
  22. Hey @Karsten.74 Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We are already aware of this issue. Our Dev team is working on it and the update with the fixes will be available soon. 23. Hey @randomhammer Welcome to the forum! Thanks for using Enpass and writing in. We understand the problem and will help you out. Could you please try saving the 1pif exported file to some other location and check? Make sure while importing the file, you’re selecting the folder rather than the 1pif file. Please try exporting 1Password data as CSV and try to import the same in Enpass. Let us know if you have any concerns. Thanks.
  24. Hey @Martijn;) Thanks for notifying. I have noted it down and forwarded to the team for better understanding. Hopefully, an update for Enpass will be released soon in which we've significantly improved auto-fill feature. Please stay tuned for the new update and let us know if the problem still persists after the updated version. Thanks for the co-operation..
