  1. Hey @enpass pin Thanks for using Enpass and writing to us. Please refer to this FAQ. To add extra randomness to your Master Password, you can use a KeyFile in Enpass. A KeyFile gets appended to your Master Password before the actual encryption or decryption of your data happens. So, even if someone, somehow gets access to your data and your Master password is also compromised (a worst-case scenario), your data is still safe as the Key-file (stored on your device) is required to decrypt your data. We would like to inform you that currently, Enpass asks for the master password in these scenarios even if you have enabled the ‘Windows Hello’ : System re-start When you quit Enpass and starts fresh However, we do have plans to improve the 'Windows Hello' functionality for full-time support and update will be available with the subsequent update of Enpass.   15. Hey @Ingrove Sorry for the trouble you are going through. We would like to share that Enpass uses the first ‘field type’ that is either username or email to auto-fill the username/email field. For eg; if the field type of username is numeric or any other apart from email and username. Then Enpass will not fill it. Please change the username field type to the username only and then try to auto-fill the details. Also, you can refer to this link. Thanks.

  20. Hey @Mikey2233 Thanks for the patience. The last logs provided by you was incomplete.Please turn on logs and then wait for this issue to happen and then send them back to us. Either issue is related to changing the password or one-drive expiring our access_tokens before time. We want a little more input from your side, so please take the backup of your Enpass data and perform these steps: Disconnect sync from all the devices. Download the debug version of Enpass from this link. Now open Enpass --> Settings --> Advanced --> Logs --> Enable it. Now sync with One-drive. When you receive an error code --> Go to Advanced settings --> Logs --> Copy the Logs in any text editor and share with us on support@enpass.io. Thanks for your co-operation.

On which device (along with OS version) are you using having this issue? Which Enpass version are you using? Are you able to access all Enpass data on any other device? Have you synced the data with any of the cloud? What action you have performed after which you getting this issue? If possible, please share a screenshot also? Thanks.

If yes, please refer to this FAQ To restore the purchase of Enpass. If the problem persists, kindly share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be. On which device (along with OS version) are you using having this issue? How many items are you able to access on the same device? Which Enpass version are you using? Are you able to access all Enpass data on any other device? What action you have performed after which you getting this issue? Thanks.

  25. Hey @DELABRIERE Thanks for writing back. Sorry to say but adding the iCloud sync support for the Portable version of Enpass is quite a cumbersome process, however, it's already in our roadmap for the future version. I have already created feature request for the same. But I am afraid to say that you have to choose any other cloud services to sync Enpass data on your macOS device and then restore the database on the portable version of Enpass.
