  2. Hey @Rojma Thanks for writing to us. Currently in Enpass, you can duplicate an item from the editing page. To do so, follow this link. However, I have noted your request to add an option of duplicate by right clicking on the item and forwarded it to the concerned team for further consideration. Thanks for the suggestion.

  5. Hey @Anthony Thanks for using Enpass and writing to us. Saving New Logins- When you login to any web-page with a new information (not saved in Enpass database), Enpass automatically detects that attempt and prompts to save the information as a new item, and all this without switching to Enpass App. For more details, please refer to this link.   6. Hey @yoko Welcome to the forum! For quick troubleshooting, please disable the auto-fill feature and enable it again. Also, add dummy data in any of the login categories and then try to auto-fill on the same apps and share your findings. For more details, please refer to this link of our user manual. If the problem still persists, please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be. Can you please let me know are you facing this issue on any website or only in apps? Please share the video of the issue, if possible. Thanks.

  8. He @DELABRIERE Thanks for sharing the details. It seems that you are using old version of portable. Please take a backup of Enpass data in the same portable version(if you have any). Afterwards, delete the existing Enpass portable installation from your system. Once you remove the Enpass portable installation, download Enpass portable again using this link and restore the data which you backed up earlier. Also, change the directory location for Enpass portable. Thanks.
  9. Hey @vampyren Thanks for writing back. You can right-click on the item while hovering the mouse without even clicking left mouse click. Also, I would like to share that copy password with a single click from mini window (with a button or with double click) feature request has been already been aligned for implementation so that users don't have to first right click to an entry and then need to click on "copy password" Thanks.

  12. Hi, The auto-backup and the backup files have a different extension. The extension vault.enpassdb is for the vault database. Thanks.

  14. Hey @IslandBoy Thanks for writing to us. To restore the data in other desktop, you can use cloud sync or also using the backup file. Please follow the below steps to transfer(restore) the data from PC to any other device using a backup file - Take the complete backup of Enpass data from your desktop(in which you have all Enpass data) using these steps. Open Enpass > Click on 'Backup all vaults' from the menu > Select the location and save it. Now login to your cloud account on the same desktop and upload the backup folder in the Enpass app folder. Now login to your cloud account on your new PC, download the same backup folder data and save it locally. Open Enpass on your the the new PC(in which you downloaded the backup data folder)--> Settings --> Advanced --> Apply Erase Everything function > when the Welcome screen appears, restore the data from the backup file saved locally and then sync. Note: Before uninstalling the app make sure you already have the backup of Enpass data. Thanks.

  18. Hey @ThomasG Sorry for the trouble you are having. Please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be. On which devices and OS versions (mention all) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using on each device? Are you getting same error message or code "Sync Error. Password of data on Dropbox is required" during sync? Are you disconnecting the sync on all the device to resolve the issue? Thanks.
  19. Hey @DELABRIERE Please follow move EnpassPortable.app to different location or USB then try the same steps and let me know. If the problem persists, please share- What is the size of your back up file? Also, the file format of backup file? Have you taken complete back up of Enpass data from desktop and then tried to restore the same on the portable or usb? If yes, please share the screenshot of the error you getting while restoring the backup? In which user guide you see about "walletx.db" ? Thanks.

  24. Hey @gmaddry Sorry for the trouble you are going through. Regarding auto-save issue in desktop- Please have a look at our user manual to know how Enpass extension works. Please refer to this link to download Enpass extension for the required browser and then follow this link to enable it once again. Revert us back along with the screenshot of issue you getting while saving the item. Regarding auto-save issue in mobile- Currently, Enpass auto-save features for iOS work partially on some apps but we do have plans to improve the auto-save features and will be available with the future version.
