  2. Hey @vampyren Thanks for writing back. The functionality to fetch details of Enpass on both platforms are different in this scenario. iOS platform doesn't provide the app name to the Enpass Password Manager. Enpass can only get the associated domain of the application which the app developer haven't set up yet so there is no way to identify the app. Thanks for your understanding.

  5. Hey @MirkoMK To move an item in another vault on desktop, make sure you have selected the particular vault in which the item is. Now right click on the item and you will get an option 'Add to vault', select the vault in which you wish to move the item. However, you can move the item on mobile devices by using the below steps- Go to the detail screen of the item → Tap on more options (3-dots) → Tap on 'Add to Vault' → Select the vault where you want to move/copy the item → Tap on Move/Copy to add the item to the selected vault. You can do so by installing Browser extension on desktop and then enable 'Ask to save new logins' from Enpass Browser Settings so that you can get option to save new logins in Enpass using extension.To know how to save new logins using Enpass assistant, please refer to this link.   16. Hey @Thoughts? Thanks for writing in. Sync in Enpass works at the level of timestamp of individual field, so it will take the latest changes in account and apply them. You don't have to worry about any data loss. As I said, it will consider the changes you made on different online device as they were done later. First your data from online device will be uploaded to cloud and same will supersede the data on desktop when you'll connect it to internet. No, not the complete vault. Your desktop will download the complete vault from cloud and client app will start the sync process on those items with different time stamp and then dig in to field level. The latest one will be kept. I suggest you to please download Enpass and try syncing. I am sure you will find it very smooth. All the core features are free in the desktop version and you can keep 25 items in the Lite version of mobile platforms. Please let me know if you have any doubts.

As far as I understood is that you are not able to set up a shortcut to activate Enpass in Safari, but still I am not able to make out what exactly didn't work when you tried the steps mentioned in this post Please let me know what happens when you click on "Set up here".

  22. Hey @vampyren Thanks for the patience. I have received update from my team. On iOS platform the way Password Autofill works depends on the app. The Celsius app you're trying to autofill in, should reveal its associated domain for which Enpass should display the suggested entries. Since Enpass is unable to identify the domain, it shows the list of all items. Once the developer of the app sets up the associated domain, Enpass will work as expected. Thanks
  23. Hey @ckasprzak Apologies for the delay in response. As far as I understood, you have synced Enpass data initially with One-Drive cloud and after the issue occurred with One-Drive, you started syncing with synology NAS using WebDAV. If yes, please follow the steps mentioned in this FAQ to set-up sync with Synology using WebDAV again. If this doesn't help, share the Enpass version you using on the same device.
  24. Hey @Marcovic Welcome to the forum! It seems that the Enpass window is too small due to which you are not able to see the edit page after selecting the option to add any item. Please maximize the Enpass window (or expand enough to see the edit page) and then try to add a new item again and share your findings with us. Thanks
