  3. Hey @Helge Welcome to the forum! Please share which type of items did not import into Enpass successfully- credit card details, web-forms login info, etc.? Also, if you could highlight particular applications or sites(URL) with such logins, with which you are having this issue so that we can check it from our end. Thanks!

  6. Hey @random42 Thanks for writing in. We have found the problem and are now planning for the fix for it. However, the latest version 20.10 is an interim release, please wait for the stable version and then share your findings with us as Enpass is working fine with the previous stable versions of Ubuntu(i.e 20.04, 18.04 and 16.04). To proceed with the troubleshooting, please share the following details: Which Enpass version are you using on the Android device? Did you start facing this issue recently - like after an Enpass update or did you face the same problem earlier as well? Is it possible for you to share a demo account of your WebDAV server via PM or via mail on support@enpass.io, so we can set up the sync at our end and check for issues?
  10. Hey @Leandro73 Thanks for writing back. Yes, it's ok to reuse the previous master password as Enpass is an offline password manager and the master password is not saved anywhere. No. All your data is totally under your control and as a developer, we have no access to it. Your cloud always contains a copy of the same encrypted data as on your device. Your data is always transmitted in the encrypted format. All the encryption and decryption of data happen locally on the device. Thanks!

  16. Hey @polRk We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. It seems that any third party is restricting to sync the Enpass database. Please let us know- Are you using any firewall or proxy or third-party security-related software? Are you able to access/login that particular iCloud account on the same iOS device? Thanks!

  20. Hey @mknief Welcome to the forum! Sorry to say but adding the iCloud sync support for the Portable version of Enpass is quite a cumbersome process, however, it's already in our roadmap for the future version. I have already created feature request for the same. But I am afraid to say that you have to choose any other cloud services to sync Enpass data on your device and then restore the database on the portable version of Enpass. Thanks.
