  1. Started by Vincenzo,

Hi, apart from that, it is a practically perfect and complete password manager, I have been using it for 3 years and I am completely satisfied, although in this period I have tried many others, enpass is the best. I would like to highlight only one critical issue. Regarding browser, I would like it not to ask for the main password and every reboot because it is tiring. In my case of daily work on the PC and my ability to reboot several times and having to put every time the password becomes repetitive and tiring. I would like you to add the option to choose the order to never block the browser as other managers do. Thanks so much for your understanding and good work

  2. Hi, I'm not sure if I'm simply using Enpass 'wrong', but I find the process of creating a new website login card in Enpass quite clunky. I'm using Enpass on Windows 10 with new Edge browser (primarily) and sometimes Chrome. I understand that if I go to a website and register a new account, Enpass will prompt if I want to save that. However, I've already had to go into Enpass and manually create a new Login card so that I can generate a strong password! Ultimately, the workflow becomes: Go to new website and start new account registration process Open Enpass Click 'Add item' At Add Item pane Click 'Login' At Ch…

Often an item is related in some way to another item. It would be helpful to be able to embed a link from one to the other to make jumping between them easy. The way I see this working would be to create a field type called Link. Then that field would provide a button to pick the item to link to (this would be similar to existing Search system in main app or browser addin). Once the related item is picked, its name would be shown in that field (possibly in URL format) so you could click on it and be taken to that item. eg. Item MyBank has field called Link which lists MyCreditCard. Click on MyCreditCard in the MyBank item, and I am taken to the item MyCreditCard. …

  4. There are two ways to code Face ID on Android. One that requires you to press the confirm button after the face recognition process and one that doesn't. The extra confirm button press doesn't add any additional security. I wish Enpass would switch to the one that just unlocked when it saw your face. I have uploaded an example of the Experian app that used the one that doesn't require a confirm button press.

Authy makes a desktop version of it's authenticator - how awesome would it be to have the functionality right in Enpass! Just press the hotkey and it recognizes the site your on and pulls up the associated 2FA code. That would be so awesome!!

  6. If a search for URL fails on autofill, Enpass shows the full list of all my passwords. Please show my favorites on top there instead on A, B, C... on top. Favorites are just shown if I open the full app, they also should be shown in the autofill list. see app view and autofill list here below. App view shows favorites and password autofill needs the favorites on top (this feature request)

  7. Started by Woutcam,

I would like to be able to create sections in a randomly generated password (pronouncable or not pronouncable) in order to randomize those sections again. example: randomly generated password (pronouncable= yes, length 109= 15 words, uppercase= yes, lowercase= yes, separated by= underscore): Named5_Varied_9Refold_1george_Croix_6foggy_7Undying_Dents_Meyers_frock3_Exquisite_Hums_1Anaconda_dud_Uncouth6 This would be divided into either sections with random length or user-preference based length sections like so in case of unpronouncable: Named5_Varied_9//Refold_1george_Croix//_6foggy_7Undying_D//ents_Meyers_frock3_//Exquisite_Hums_1Anac//onda_dud_Uncouth6 …

    Started by Guest,

Hi, I'm loving Enpass, does everything I want it to do, thanks everyone :) My only issue is that sometimes it takes a long time to auto- sync. I'm using Folder Sync between multiple devices, and the vault files are updating immediately when an item is added or edited, but it takes a long time (up to 10 minutes) for Enpass on another device to auto-refresh, even when it's left open and on top of other apps. (I'm using version 6.4.2). It's nothing to do with my network, it's definitely Enpass not auto-refreshing for some reason. So, to be safe, I manually sync Enpass when I move to a different device to make sure it is current. It would help if you could add a S…

  9. Ability to manually type in numbers in the number sliders: Sliders work okay, but it would be nice to enter the parameters using the keyboard so I can set the exact length of the password without wiggling the slider back and forth. Support all characters in the exclude/include rule: Currently it does not support backslash. Pronounceable passwords: Options to further scramble the words, like intentional misspelling or leetspeak, and salting the password with ocassional symbols. Save the password generation rules to the vault entry, so that users won't have to adjust the rules every time.

I'd like to see the Category & Template used for an entry. Possibly where the Last Modified and Created dates are. Not modified by user, changes if moved to new Category.

Hi, thank you for the opportunity of give my suggestion. I miss password history in each entry. Already we have a global password history, but it is necessary to have individual password history for review last password used in a site or app.

  12. I would really love to see 2FA being enabled for the master account/authentication. In my opinion the weakest link is at the vaults and at the master password being not further protected by two/multi factor auth. Please add this feature Thanks

  14. Started by Anthony,

This feature request will fix some of the inefficiencies of setting up new accounts on PC, but then enabling 2FA which requires Enpass on phone to scan code, and then usually there are 2FA recovery codes to store, which you do on PC. All of this requires PC to phone and phone to PC sync to be fast (Enpass is pretty good here but dependent on the Cloud you use) But it also requires the card that you have open to be able to be refreshed, otherwise you have to close and re-open it which is annoying. Here the sample workflow: Create account on PC and create new card in Enpass On PC, go into the new account's security setting and enable 2FA A c…

Hi, I have many shared family logins due to companies/systems not facilitating individual logins for the same account. These vary for IoT platforms (e.g. LIFX, Amazon Alexa) where only one account can manage the hardware to private health insurance and banks. As I have to share the credentials with my wife on these many systems, I do that by sharing the card from Enpass, emailing to her, so that she can then import the card into her Enpass vault. Sometimes I lose track of: Have I shared a particular card with her (ever) and when, and Have I sent her an updated card since I last changed a password What would be helpful here would be to be som…

  16. One feature I like on 1password is that whenever you change a password, you can see the previous changes done on an entry. Allowing you to see previous passwords I have not seen this on enpass. Is this a planned feature?

  17. Started by Maestro,

I have several hundred records in my Vault I Use categories to organize all my records, but there are too many of them, even inside one category. So, I ask ability to make nested categories, as I can found in other password managers. It's will help me to organize my records in more logical way. I just don't want to keep all my categories in root level, because there are too many of them ...

I am using enpass on all my devices except one. I have a phone running GrapheneOS, it does not have google play services. Because of this Enpass crashes if you attempt to login/provide your email (I can import passwords from a cloud provider without issue). This is a problem because without logging into my enpass pro email, enpass only lists 10 passwords. I would request support for GrapheneOS/AOSP Android without play services, or if you can provide me more details on what parts of google play services Enpass is using, I could try to install MicroG or some other Play Services like service to try to get GrapheneOS close enough to Google Android so Enpass will st…

  19. I use Assistant and like it a lot. I prefer to use it in the docked mode for some scenarios where I need to copy multiple data entries into applications other than the web browser so I don't have the luxury of an extension with autofilling. However, the default position of the Assistant in the middle of the screen quite often conflicts with the applications or forms where I'd like to fill in the data. So in the end I end up with the application in the middle of the screen and the Assistant in the same position, covering the application underneath it and need to move the window of the Assistant manually to the side to be able to use it properly. It would be benef…

The Bank of America website asks for a passcode at login instead of a password. Enpass does not autofill the password at this site. Could Enpass autofill the password when a passcode is requested? The problem URL is: https://secure.bankofamerica.com/login/sign-in/signOnScreen.go Thanks.

Hi, Cryptomator team has published plugin API as part of v1.6.0 release, and KeePassXC, the opensource password manage is the first plugin on the list. To me, since Cryptomator is one of the major cloud encryption tools out there, it makes sense to have an Enpass plugin for it. The plugin can start with storing vault passwords which secures & simplifies accessing encrypted files. Thank you https://plugin.purejava.org/ https://cryptomator.org/tags/cryptomator/

Could you pls add support for handling otpauth urls? For now if I set enpass as default app for that type of links - I just have got opened app, without filled up token.

  23. Started by Carroll D,

For mobile would be nice to be able to specify between All Items, the Groups tab, or one of the categories to display by default upon launching the app itself.

  24. Started by Pii,

hello, i was wondering if there would be an possible workaround to store the same password in different safes without showing it twice or more. Why? Cause we use enpass-app to collaborate passwords in different teams, so each team holds a sprerate safe to store them. Sometimes different teams store the same password, so editing one, means edit it twice or more times in all safes.

  25. Have a "reveal" / "show" password would drastically help to type the master passwords. It is really a pain not having this basic option !
