After upgrading to Sierra GM, Enpass Extension say I should open Enpass app even it is running and the Extension doesn't work. This is on my Mac mini at work. At home I also upgraded my MacBook to Sierra GM and here it is working (but grill it - see it on another post). On the same Mac mini, Chrome and Firefox Extension works. How can I reset Enpass completely?

I have encountered what looks like *two* bugs in the .csv export function on macOS. I am trying to write a .csv file to the top-level directory of a mounted encrypted sparse image. That is, I have a 500MB file on my desktop, which when I click on it and feed macOS a password, gets mounted as /Volumes/passwords. I select Enpass's Export menu item, choose CSV, and browse to /Volumes/passwords. Then I click the export box, enter my master password and Enpass says it has successfully exported the file. Hi, Does Enpass only support 6-digit sha1 TOTPs? If so, why is that? I generated 8-digit sha256 TOTP and Enpass shows it as 6-digit and calculates the code incorrectly.

i have "remember keyfile" option disabled. when choosing the keyfile from the login in the "small" enpass window, macos doesn't let me navigate the finder window correctly. i am unable to change folder. from the "full" enpass window it works as expected and i can navigate folders and select the keyfile without issues.

Hi, I have problem with wifi sync of my vault. I have Mac Catalina 10.15.7, Enpass version 6.11.2 I click to start server, click to vault and qr code is created, but when i scan it, it wrote no vault. Also the manual sync information are not usefull because the varification code is different. I also see that the server has no port. The Enpass wrote in corner: Synchronization faild - Target folder for synchronization is not reachable. It did work before. I did not install anything new, just system updates. Hello, I recognized that I can type foreign characters at the Master Password Field, such as Korean or Japanese characters. In the password field, as far as I know, foreign characters are not allowed and these kind of keyboards should work as an english keyboard. It is really cumbersome that I should change the language every time I need, at least I need an option. I am trying to use multiple vaults with iCloud sync. The problem I am having is that the content is overwritten with the same across these vaults and the password is same. How do I setup multiple valuts with a single icloud account? Thanks

after moving from my macbook pro (Mojave) to MacMini (Catalina 10.15.6) enpass can no longer be started with the global hotkey, not even with a right click on the mouse. But in the browser (Safari) it works. I have deleted enpass and reinstalled it, it does not work. Enpass is installed in the menu bar, but cannot be started with the hotkey. Can anyone help me? i'm using EP 6.0.6 on two macs with el cap (10.11.6). on the mac pro everything works fine. on the notebook (macbook pro) EP launches on login/startup, but needs either 5-15 min to launch or stays freezed and can only force-quitted. sometimes a restart of the machine helps. a completely new install didn't help. trying to launch EP via browser extension (firefox, safari) leads to the "seek for EP" page (error-static.html) while EP still shows up in the dock and is (strangely) followed by a 2nd EP icon occuring in the dock launching into to a obviously freezed 2nd instance fo EP. synced with an own nextcloud installation via webdav, which works flawl…

There are no numbers shown for existing elements in sub-tags. Even if I open all my tags to see the appropriate sub-tags, go to settings, disable the count for side bar elements and enable it again - the numbers are shown only temporarily until the next closing of tags. When you then open up them again - no numbers are shown. Furthermore it just sucks that with each time an item gets edited, saved or just even randomly the tree of opened sub-tags gets closed and you are thrown out to the list with all elements.

What was the last desktop version of Enpass to run under OSX High Sierra? [Perhaps 6.7.4 (949)?] Is there a direct download link to older (non-supported) versions of Enpass. I have several Macs, some that run Monetery just fine, but a couple that will not update beyond OSX 10.13.6, and I would really like to keep an archived copy of Enpass that will work on those machines, and can be reinstalled if required.

Is it possible to change the field names for all records at once? Even editing at a database level instead of the GUI perhaps? For example, if I wanted to change the name "Url" to "URL" without doing that manually for the 300+ records I have in Enpass, how would I do that? If it isn't possible, then I guess I'll create a related feature request.

Hello, I'm on macOS with current Enpass. When I use the Global Hotkey for the Assistant, the Search Field has Focus for a mili Second, then looses it. Means I can't start typing to search. Can this be fixed somehow? Makes it hard to quickly copy a Password without using the Mouse. Regards, Bastian

Hi there! This issue has haunted me since I switched from Intel mac to Mac m1. I tried literally every possible combination but it is still there. So I have Enpass 6.8.5 (1256) Pro + Macbook Pro m1. Each time my mac goes idle/sleep I get "application not responding" and have to force quit Enpass. Once I re-launch Enpass in 1 case of 3 app can't connect to the Chrome extension. It says it's looking for the Enpass app...and then Not found. Obviously to fill passwords I have to force quit Enpass app and then open it again. Here are my system specs but this behaviour has been there like for ever (long time EnPass Pro user). macOS 12.1 EnPass Pro 6.7.4 (938) Whenever I try to generate a new password either from Enpass home screen or from within the edit mode of any vault item, if I click outside the generator pane it is dismissed and I am not able any more to copy or fill the generated password. Hello, Recently I noticed an odd behaviour with the multi-factor auth within Enpass. I kept locking myself out of different services which I at first thought to be a timing issue where the 'one time code' ran out before I managed to copy and paste it from the Enpass app. But now when I'm looking a bit closely on this, it seems that the 'one time code' is generating the wrong digits when added into Enpass. When setting up a new multi-factor auth (tried both with QR-scan and entering hashed code manually) I was not able to complete the multi-factor auth setup due to the code generated in Enpass not being accepted. Hi! I love Enpass - thank you! - but I do have a question: I upgraded to Mac Big Sur, and Enpass is working great except for one thing. The Menu bar "mini app" disappears when I close the Enpass App, and it only reappears when I re-open the Enpass App on the Mac. The browser extensions work great - I can access Enpass in the browsers with no problems. But if I wish to access my Enpass data outside of the browsers (in email for example), I have to open the main Enpass App in the Dock (or from /Applications), then access the menu bar, etc. I did not see a "Setting" in the preferences to turn this on or off, and this is the way it used to be under Catalin…
