Hey how can I make CMD + # as shortcut. I can only option + command, is there no other option please make it possible Me and anybodyelse who comes as antisubcrption and pro wlan sync refugee from 1Password is heavly used to it.

I upgrade to the Pro/Premium version, but now I have TWO apps on my iMac and my iPhone app still looks at the old one, so the new categories - the whole reason I upgraded - don't show up on my iPhone. How do I fix this?

Hi there, I have a problem with my MacBook Pro GPU, that causes some Kernel Panics. I'm using a small tool for avoiding this problem : it tells the computer to keep using iGPU and to not use GPU. (gfxCardStatus) Unfortunately, when Enpass is launched I can't force using iGPU because of Enpass. Maybe Enpass uses GPU as soon as it is present, and do not let other apps tell him what to do. Do you think that could be the case one day ? What I mean is, do you think it makes sense that Enpass can run on iGPU even when a GPU is present ? Thank you very much. André

Hello, I'm french, so I apologise for my english ! We have 2 mac mini + 2 Iphone 6 : my wife and me. The macs are on Mojave last version 10.14.5 and the Iphone on the last iOs. On my 2 mac+iphone I work with "1password" but I don't want to pay one more time 40US$ this year. My wife does not use any system for these (very poor) passwords. Also I decover Enpass for a few days on my mac and also on my Iphone, but I can only duplicate 20 passwords on my phone. (I have >150 passwords) What must I do to have Enpass on the 4 machines (with 2 différents vaults my wife and me) and what about the price ? best regards

I'd like to search on titles only on MacOS, just as search works on iOS. Now, search goes through all fields and I get too many items. I tried changing the setting for search but that didn't help.

I was unsure if this should be in the extension part of the forum or not. if it's misplaced, feel free to move it. If I open the main window and perform a search, I tend to forget to remove the search entry afterwards. The problem is that when the search entry isn't removed from the main window, using the keyboard shortcut to autofill in my browsers doesn't always open the enpass browser extension. Sometimes it's just very slow, sometimes I need to open the main window to the front or manually click the enpass icon in my browser to "kick start it". First off: I really like and appreciate Enpass for mac os x (using 10.11.6). However, I do find that it doesn't back up on a regular basis, very inconsistent. I usually have to remember to manually back it up. It will often go a week or more without backing up. but some times it'll back up every other day (rarely). Just FYI. Thanks again. Also sometimes it causes safari to use 100% of cpu, then i have to turn it off (browser extension). Seems only to be on certain sites btw.

i have enpass 6.7.4 monterey 12.0.1 MacBook m1 the file location is under documents/enpass. i would like to change the path. In the Enpass app under tools there is a path but this is not changeable. where can I set this?

Hello. I've moved from 1password recently and enpass is really great and worth buying. However, I'm a little bit uncomfortable with the initial logging feature. When I launch enpass application on Mac, I can only use 'touch id' after logging in to the application typing my password. Are there any ways to set 'touch id' as default to run the application initially? If not, do you have any plans to support this? or is it impossible due to certain reasons such as security?

Is it possible to keep/use the 5.6.12 version while testing the new version for Mac? I don't want to quit using what I have while I test the new version; can I do that? thanks!

I have an older MacBook Pro, late 2011. The macOS is High Sierra, V 10.13.6. Can’t update anymore since my MacBook is older. I've used Enpass since 2014 and never had any major problems. For some reason after installing the new update, Enpass 6, the screen is completely blank (white) after opening Enpass. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times, no help. I thought it might be a compatibility issue with my older MacBook. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi, I had to set my mac up again, clean installation for new M1 Mac. However, I forgot to make a backup of the Enpass data. Is there any way to copy the old install to my new installation and just start through with it? Thanks Carsten

Enpass Mac is crashing every time I try to edit the existing item, on macOS Sierra. Please see attached screenshot for the "Enpass quit unexpectedly report." Fyi, I have tried all the methods that I can think of, reinstalling the app after a full cleanup, disable the sync and even disabling the automatic backup. I am a paid member, not too sure if I am using the right form; please help to solve this issue. - Ronald

In Enpass 6 for macOS, when having 'Search in All Items' enabled; searches only return results where the search term is available in the title; not in any other fields.

Avast Security 13.11 with virus definition 19020502 reports an infection blocked when launching Enpass 6.0.4 (331). It reports that Avast Filesystem shield has blocked a threat and moved it to the Chest. The infection is reported as MacOS:Agent-FW [Trj]. It thinks the process is /Applications/Safari.app/Contents/MacOS/Safari and the file infected is /Applications/Enpass.app/Contents/MacOS/importer_enpass. The same was reported for the previous version of Enpass. This has only occurred since updating to the latest version of Enpass with the new user experience.

First of all I'm super happy about the local wifi sync feature finally being added to Enpass. Unfortunately, after I wanted to start the Wi-Fi-Sync-Server (Preferences -> Wi-Fi-Sync), it instead tells me "Error: Wi-Fi-Server crashed". I'm running Enpass 6.7.0 (876) on a MacBook Pro (Mid 2012) under macOS Catalina 10.15.6 with currently no FireWall activated. Other apps as PDF Expert are able to host a server on my mac for iOS transfer, so it shouldn't be a general issue. Thanks a lot in advance for your help! Cheers, Phil

Hi, as my webdav sync is not working since I updated to owncloud x, I want to update my existing version (5.6.11) via AppStore. However AppStore tells me that there are no updates available and all my Apps are up to date. If I try to download the 6.0.0 version from your website both my browsers (Safari and Google) tell me that the site is unsafe and that the ssl certificate could not be validated. Any ideas or proposals how to proceed. Could you kindly doublecheck. Many thanks Klaus

Hello, as the description says, after the latest update, since a couple of days ago, in the Enpass Assistant window (the window that opens), I could search for a password item, and press cmd-c to copy the password, but this no longer works, I have to click on the copy button.

Hello, Enpass starts normally and I can click once but then the mouse stops working. I cannot click on anything in any screen option. The menu remains accessible but here the important menu items are grayed out.I have tried other mouses but gives the same result. Hope there is an solution for it.
