When using Mac version, it is taking me two tries to unlock the Master Password. I am not mistyping. Happens each time. iPhone version is fine. Looking for guidance, please. thx

Hello, I migrated from 1Passwort to Enpass and I am quite satisfied with the service. But there is one problem: Although I actived Preferences -> General -> "Hide dock icon when main window is closed" the icon does not hide, when I close the main window by clicking the "X". My goal is to have the menu icon only, not the dock icon. I use macOS High Sierra 10.13.6. Thanks a lot for your help in advance. Best wishes, Marco

Is there any possibility to recover the Master Password or reset it using the Face ID in IphoneX?. I have both apps, for IOS and for Mac. As i get used to the Face ID high speed, i forgot the Master Password. Now my son has installed in his mobile, and when i was going to explain the benefits and how to use, i realize i have forgotten the Master Password. Can you please advice? Many thanks,

I find that some sites are asking for the user name on the first page then open a second page for the password. Enpass requires that I double-click again on the second to fill out the password frequently followed by a click on the site's 'Sign In' button. When I use 1Password 6, the log-in sequence proceeds without the second double-click and often without the final click. It would be great if Enpass could do this too as in all other respects, it is my preferred password manager.

It would be nice to specify what is considered "special characters" I have an account that I have to change the password ridiculously often. This password has to be at least 16 characters, and contain upper, lower, numbers and specials. (Not bad so far) Except that it does not permit any of the following for a special character :: '"[]{}()@#$%&/\; It requires two of the following:: :!-_,.?^*|+= As you can imagine cycling through random generation until I get lucky can be a PITA. I can manually strip out unusable character but that's annoying and difficult sometimes depending on the platform. (I'm crazy and have enpass on windows, mac, ubuntu, centos…

Hi, is it possible to disable the mini icon in the menubar? I use a shortcut to open the miniwindow and I don't need the icon there and actually I have a lot of other icons there and try to reduce them. Cheers

Hi, I'm using Enpass on Mac OS and I'm using it manually, i.e. it sits in my menu bar, I'm choosing an account item from the list and I'm using clipboard icon to copy my password to the clipboard. I'm doing it because I'm using Enpass for a native Mac app and there is no native application support in Enpass for Mac. And here's my problem: even though I'm mostly using one account item (and I have just a few accounts defined), it never shows on a recent items list. I have to use search feature each time :( Is there a way to work around this? How to make Enpass aware that I'm using a password and so it starts appearing on "recent" list?

In the last couple of days enpass occasionally opens to an empty item list, as when the app is first installed and devoid of all my data. Hi, one or two times a day, when i put my finger on the Touch id sensor, database is empty. sometimes it is when i try lo log in on the chrome plugin, sometimes when i login on the desktop enpass app. I have to close and relaunch the desktop app to recover the database. I have tried to delete everything and install everything again on my mac : enpass desktop, enpass plugin on chrome, enpass folder with saved data... What do you think?

Hello, I've bought Enpass few day ago, but when I'm navigating on safari 11.1 (13605.1.33.1.2) and High Sierra 10.13.4 (17E199) , I can't use the Enpass plugin and autofill. Sometimes the plugin works when Enpass app is open but 90% of the time it open a new tab with the "Enpass Connection Error" I've already tried to clear the cache and cookies but nothing is working. What should I do ??? I changed from 1Password and I'm quite angry that a 10€ app doesn't work. Please let me know.. Regards.

Hi, when i try to use the enpass extension, it keeps telling me, that there is an enpass connection error. Although i have entered my master password in the desktop app. Also it does work in firefox at the same time. Extension: 5.5.2 Desktop: 5.6.3 Firefox: 59.0.2 (64-Bit) Safari: Version 11.1 (11605.1.33.1.3) macOs: 10.11.6 Are you aware of this issue already? Or is it specific to me? Hi Is it possible to unlock the enpass Mac Desktop version automatically without typing the master password or PIN code with one of this methods? a) When my smartphone is nearby (based on GPS or present in the same WIFI or similar)? And automatic locking when the smartphone is out of range? or b) No typing of master password needed when a USB stick with a keyfile or similar is present on the machine? Hello, I just switched over from 1password for a couple of reasons but after installing Enpass I noticed it makes network connections to Google analytics and sinew.in. Big turn off immediately I must say. in my opinion a password app (of all apps) must be super confidential and very privacy minded. I'm really not interested in an app that has Google spying on my habits and certainly not some some other (shady) network domain that I've never heard of. I hope you guys can clarify things. Cheers! Enpass has always worked very well for me, but recently it's started crashing every time my Mac Book Pro awakes from sleep. I'm on Sierra 10.12.6, mid-2015 MBP 15" i7 16GB.
