This is a minor annoyance, but if it could be fixed I would be very happy... I am running Enpass on Linux Mint 18 with Cinnamon. I use multiple workspaces and want to have enpass follow me around on them so I set the window to show "Always on visible workspace". It periodically resets to just showing on *this* workspace. I haven't figured out when exactly that happens, but I suspect it has something to do with when it locks? Anyway, it would be great if whatever refresh it does continued to respect the setting...

Hi everyone, Recently I got a Pinebook which is a cheap laptop with ARM SoC, I found out that Enpass' official repository does not have ARM support. I also checked the InRelease file, seems there's no ARM support at all. There are also not a lot discussion about this. So is there any plan for supporting Linux on ARM? I believe there will be more and more ARM laptops coming out these days, so it would be awesome if Enpass supports them. And another questions is, with the reality that there are more and more non-x86 machines appear on the market (e.g. RISC-V, POWER), how can I/we use Enpass on those machines? Sincerely, Kay.

I've used enpass for a while now and I gave my email address to unlock some features...here were I am confused.. I installed a new os and installed a new copy of enapass.. in the past i had to restore my database from a local file. Today, when I opened Enapss it prompted me to a password window. I entered my password and next think I was asked for was an email address which I entered and a security code was email to me. After entering the 6 digit code my vault opened up listing all my passwords... I thought passwords are stored locally. obviously they're not. What am I missing here ?

Hi. Ubuntu 20.04. It's really acting weird: Linux app Assistant opens only by quick 3-times (or 5, it depends onf your luck) hotkey pressing, but not every time, Chrome plugin didn't not open at all, but suddenly, when Google search page was open, it asked for permission to add code, i pressed ok before i understood what happend. Now by pressing hotkey quickly multiple times, or clicking on extension, it opens Chrome tab with code allready entered, and after that tab is closing. Extension assistant does not open. Didn't find anything interesting in app's and plugin's logs: looks like them connecting and working together just fine. Maybe there is a simi…

My System: Enpass 6.6.0 (775) - Debian Bullseye I had taken over the data from an old installation (restore) The path to automatic backup was there: / media / KOMM / Enpass6-Beta / Backups /. This directory no longer exists. I am unable to change the directory. The manual says: If I do that, it will have no effect. The old path remains. Is there any other way to change the path?

I have a very stripped-down desktop environment on Linux (i3wm). Therefore i have some issues with the autostart option. At first, the Autostart-checkbox didn't work for me. I have reached out to the twitter support, and they told me what technique they are using for this option: "A file named Enpass.desktop should be created there at /home/.config/autostart." - this helped me to re-create a custom autostart script like i had with Enpass 5. However, i am missing the startWithTray option. Since the Enpass UI lacks the "Start minimized" option on Linux, and i3wm has no support to start applications minimized on its own, i currently get a full Enpass window on every boot plu…

Hi, I'm using Enpass mainly with Vivaldi on Manjaro Linux. I can't use Enpass integration in Vivaldi anymore. Whenever I request filling in a credential using right-click menu and select Enpass the small window from Enpass providing a selection of credentials shows up for a fraction of second and disappears again. Same happens when I try to establish a browser connection between Vivaldi and Enpass. This is happening since some time, so is not limited to the versions below. I already disabled all other extensions and ad blockers in Vivaldi. No improvements. I hope somebody can help... Versions: Manjaro 21.1.0 (Gnome) Vivaldi 4.1.2369.16 Enpass…

I have uninstalled the extension and the software, deleted all the folders I could find and reinstalled. Still won't connect. Any other troubleshooting advice would be appreciated! I know it's specific to my laptop. It works fine in all the VM's I use and on my Mac. It works with Ubuntu, Lubuntu, and Mate 18.04, Fedora 28 & OpenSuse Tumbleweed in virtual machines, with same versions shown below. ?? Enpass v5.6.8 installed via the repository. Browser extension v5.5.2 from the Enpass extension page. Firefox v59.02 64bit Ubuntu v18.04 64bit It also works with Chromium on this laptop. About to do a browser refresh and see if that's it.

Hi, unfortunately Enpass currently doesn't work in Firefox Nightly. This might be expected, but I still wanted to make you aware of the issue. Also starting with Firefox 57, Mozilla will change its add-on technology. All add-ons that are not migrated by the time Firefox 57 releases to the public (November 2017) will stop working. (See also: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-add-technology-modernizing?as=u&utm_source=inproduct) OS: Linux Mint 18.2 (based on Ubuntu 16.04) Browser: Firefox Nightly 57 (2017-08-04) 64-bit Enpass Version: 5.5.6 Enpass Add-On Version: 5.4.3 Kind regards, Sven

I've installed Enpass on Arch Linux from the community AUR:https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/enpass-bin I'm also using Firefox in Arch Linux, and when attempting to launch Enpass from either the toolbar or the context menu on a form I just get a new tab that says "Enpass connection error". The browser extension is enabled in enpass settings, and I can see Enpass listening on 127.0.0.1:10391 I have two different systems, both are using Arch Linux with the KDE Plasma desktop. Both exhibit the same problems. Everything works fine on Windows machines. Any ideas?

Hi, I am using Enpass on a xubuntu system using the vivaldi browser. I installed the enpass browser-extension and it works. Whenever I start my browser with "--proxy-server=localhost:3128" (which is my proxy-server) the browser-plugin can't communicate with enpass (Enpass connection error). Any advice how I can fix this? Thanks in advance. Christian I am using: os: xubuntu [Ubuntu16.04.3 LTS] browser: Vivaldi v1.12.955.38 (Stable channel) (64-bit) enpass: v5.6.0 browser-extension: Enpass v5.5.0,

I'm running enpass on Manjaro (gnome) and recently every time I unlock my pc the enpass browser pop-up, pops up. No shortcut keys are used in this process and there is no web page open that requires logging in. It's not a major issue but is an annoyance, does anyone have any idea what might be causing this behaviour and how I can remedy it?

On the Linux version of Enpass, when generating a new password, the "Fill" button re-generates the password when clicking it, before going back to the main view for that entry. For example, I may be generating a password for an account with a particularly onerous maximum length requirement (which sadly seem to be the norm among many financial and insurance institutions) and wish to use a generation strategy that includes words. In this case I may need to roll through several generated password options until one appears that meets the length requirement I'm targeting. If I then press "fill" to populate the password field on the entry from the password generation pop-u…

There are three small bugs on Ubuntu 21.04: "Autolock when System Sleeps" no longer works. "Autolock when System Inactive for x Minutes" no longer works On Firefox browser, clicking on the Enpass extension icon brings up the assistant in a random location on the screen, not right below the icon. (On Chrome, clicking the icon still brings up the assisting directly below the icon.) None of these are huge deals but I thought they were worth reporting.

I am working in a debian Linux computer and wanted to install enpass on it to make it easier to cut and paste passwords. I got it installed. When I go through the process to link it to one drive the Widows login pops up and disappears. It is redirected to a page that says Authorization finished. Please continue with your enpass app. Enpass is just spinning. Any help would be appreciated.

I get it, clearing the password off the clipboard is a good thing. But EnPass clears out *anything else* I have on the clipboard (which was *not* put there by EnPass) too if I don't use it within a short time. In practice this means I can not have Enpass just running, I need to shut it down after using it so my clipboard remains usable.

A new install keeps setting up with the backup location pointing to a non-existent HDD - and when I try to change it Enpass goes into an endless loop. I've stripped this disk of all references to an earlier install of Enpass, deleted every file that has enpass in the name, and done a full search for text in any file that says "enpass" but it just won't change. Does anybody know where Enpass might be finding this info that it uses to assign the backup location?

Using Linux Mint 19 - and Latest version of enpass. Everything was working fine until I did a sync on my primary vault (maybe a stupid move). Sync failed and error. Data wouldn't show up, but counters would show how much data there was in category. I exited and password wouldn't work any longer. I have purged - uninstalled - timeshifted reinstalled every time and tried to use password on a backup - no workie, enpass will not create a new user primary vault either. All files seem to be there, but no database. It is remembering too much and I don't know where to clean out the old stuff. I know it remembering because I had moved my vault to a new location and it is usi…
