I cannot find the option to hide the passwords in Enpass on BigSur. The passwords are always visible I can choose in edit mode though, but default is visible there as well. Does anyone knows where this option is? Regards!

Hey guys, is it normal that when u restart the MAC u have to enter the masterpassword instead using Touch ID? I have the option to login with touch id AFTER entering the masterpassword once. Thanks

Every time I launch Enpass I get the "Congrats! You are eligible for a free upgrade" offer. It happens every time I launch the program. I don't need the upgrade. How do I make the pop-up go away?

Hello For some days, my enpass plugin is displayed like this under Mac / Firefox 88.0.1 The UI is 1/4 of the whole windows. And the interface too (I need to click in the red zone for most of the UI I try to uninstall / reinstall the Firefox plugin. I try to reboot my mac, but nothing works :(. Have you an idea / workaround ? Thanks

I am using Enpass 6.6.0 on my MacBook Pro 13". I use Touch ID to unlock Enpass without any problems. I understand that Enpass 6.6.0 should allow me to unlock with my Apple Watch (as mentioned in https://www.enpass.io/blog/general/enpass-for-desktops-brings-breach-monitoring-unlocking-with-apple-watch-and-more/ ). I already use my Apple Watch to unlock my MacBook. However, Enpass 6.6.0 never prompts me to use my watch to unlock. Is there something else I need to do? I wrote to support back in February. I wrote again a week or so later. Also contacted on Twitter. Absolute silence from support, which is disappointing. Anyone have any tips of things to try? …

Hi, I'm using enpass (v. 6.6.1 (804)) on my MacBook Pro (Big Sur). Recently it happens a lot that when I let enpass generate a new password or have it copy an existing one, I can not paste it anywhere. I don't know whether I'm missing something. I would like to store multiple vaults for Enpass under the same cloud account. I have to separate personal data and work data, but I want to be able to use Enpass as simply and safely as possible. Is there anyone who knows a good cloud service that supports Webdav or Nextcloud and that complies with the GDPR of the European Union?

I keep Enpass in my menubar for ease of use. However, most times once it opens, I cannot click into the search field to type. I'm left having to open the full application. MacOS 10.15.7 Catalina

I have some items which appear in "All items", and have a set category, but when I browse to that category they don't appear in the list. I've tried "change category" to their correct category, but they still don't show up. Is there a way to "rebuild database" or something similar?

I'm using Enpass on Windows, Android, and Mac. They are all set up to sync with OneDrive, and this has worked for years. After upgrading my Mac to Big Sur, I am now constantly getting this error whenever Enpass attempts to sync my vault: Sync Error: "No data found on OneDrive" This is obviously false. The vault is there and all other Enpass apps can access it. If I click "Resolve Now," that will temporarily fix the issue by uploading the Mac's local copy of the vault to OneDrive. I did that a few times at first. But now the vault has been updated from a different platform and I don't want those updates to be overwritten by the older local copy on my Mac. I also…

After deleting some webforms, the labels are still in the database. They can be seen in the exported files and will be found by the search field too. They are *not* displayed when the entry is edited. How can the 'zombie' data get deleted ? When will this bug get fixed ? Regards.

Hi folks, Two feature requests (macOS): 1) Dark mode without having to turn it on system-wide. I'd like Enpass dark, but I don't want to have to deal with dark TextEdit, dark Contacts, etc. 2) Editing templates should be done in a UI that looks like an item layout, not in a cramped Preferences window that bears almost no resemblance to what the template will create when it's used. If have enabled Touch ID on my MacBook Pro (2016) with macOS 11.00.01. If I restart my Macbook I can enable Enpass with Touch ID. That's good but everytime it is locked I have to use the Master-PW. That is not ok. Anybody knows a solution?

I am attempting to sync enpass between a Mac Mini and a MacBook Pro. I have set up each to save the data in my iCloud account. I've used the Tools > Sync menu command but nothing seems to be happening. Both computers are connected to a single iCloud account with the same AppleID & password. They are also connected via a local wi-fi network and both access the Internet through the same router. I would appreciate any advice that may help me to solve this problem. Thanks, roger

Is it possible to change the name of included categories or must I create a new one? If it is possible, how do I go about it?

From the user manual: Click the Enpass icon to launch Enpass Assistant from your browser when you reach a login page. Enpass Assistant will show you the list of all matching login items (already saved) for that domain. Select the one you want to sign in with. Login details will be filled-in automatically. What it does not mention is that you have to enter your master password in the Assistant. Is that correct? I have to enter the master password each time. The reason I ask is because with Apple Keychain, I don't have to enter a master password, Keychain just autofills the username and password.

I have a problem with the Chrome Extension 6.6.0 for MacOS. When you go to https://material-ui.com/components/autocomplete/ select an item of one of the autocomplete inupt fields hitting enter(!) all other input fields on this site will get focused! When i deactivate the Enpass Extenstion everything is fine.

Hi, I have the enpass 6.6 version on my MacOs Bigsur (11.2.1). Enpass generally works fine. However I cannot enable Touch ID at all. It is gray out, inactive. Originally i tried the version what the site offer. Then I tried the app store one (this is what I used). Unfortunately both version provide the same "Touch ID isn't enabled on this device" I checked the system preferences - TouchID and it is enabled. The function works fine. I can unlock the Mac and make authorization instead of write the admin password. However in Enpass this cannot be used. Can you help me how to enable it or what to check? Thanks! Mihaly

Hi I have Enpass 6.6.0 (772) + Mac OS big sur 11.2.3 M1 I have an un unlocked FIPS 140-2 level 3 USB stick that is FAT 32 formatted attached as /Volumes/SECURE_KEY1 ## Tested scenario in numbered order ## # 1 I exported json to a USB stick -> OK # 2 I exported txt to a USB stick -> OK # 3 I exported csv to a USB stick -> FAILED # 4 a) I exported csv to my desktop folder -> OK b) ( I manually moved the exported file from desktop folder to USB stick ) Only csv exports to USB fail. Greetings All, I'm running macOS Big Sur 11.1 (had this problem when I was running Big Sur 11.0.1 also). Have been running the Apple Store version of EnPass, currently 6.6.0 (772). I started using EnPass last month and really love it, just have an annoying issue. I operate on my macbook pro with two external displays. If I open Enpass on one screen and try to move it to another screen, the window goes 100% transparent and I can't seem to see anything. I have attached a screenshot. If I close Enpass and reopen it, the application will display properly on the other monitor.

Hello all, I have a MacBook Pro 15 (Big Sur) and an odd issue has begun where Enpass will work fine... until I close my laptop then reopen to use at some point. When I click on the Enpass icon in the menu bar, there are no items displayed, no passwords, but the application seems functional and I can navigate and even sync my vault. My passwords/items are visible again after I completely quit Enpass and sign back in, but this is very annoying since it defeats the point of having fingerprint. Does anyone have this issue or a fix?

on both of my Macs Enpass is super super slow. when I open it from safari to lookup a password it takes ages for Enpass to load the correct entry and then clicking on it to get it to insert it into the fields on the web page again has a annoying delay. Also, when I click the plug-in icon in Safari it first shows the correct matches for the page that I'm on. Then these immediately disappear gain, and it takes another moment for them to be re-loaded.

I hope that someone here in the forum can help me. The iCloud sync is suddenly no longer possible. Here are the details: Enpass is installed on three Macs and additionally on a macOS 11 test hard disk. So far the iCloud sync has worked without problems. But suddenly I get the error message that the iCloud sync failed and the error code 307018 appears. First the iCloud sync error occurred on my MacBook Pro Retina in mid 2015 under macOS 10.14.6. This MacBook Pro is also connected to an external SSD on which I installed the Public Beta of macOS Big Sur for testing. Suddenly iCloud Sync was not possible there either.
