I recently switched from 1Password to Enpass. The one feature I miss is to create intelligent tags, e. g. tags that are automatically filled using certain criteria, e. g. passwords not changed for over 3 years. Most of my problems could be solved if there was a way to list passwords that haven't been changed for some time. According to the following blog post, this feature seems to exist: https://www.enpass.io/blog/how-to/how-to-audit-your-passwords-in-enpass/ ("They are categorized as – 3+ years old, 1-3 years old, 6-12 months old, 3-6 months old.") Unfortuately, the described items don't exist in my Audit section, just compromised, weak, identical, e…

I just ordered a new Mac mini, but I won't be able to use it at all if Enpass doesn't work on it. I looked around and I haven't seen anyone talking about it but I did see a bunch of posts saying that enpass doesn't work at all on ARM Linux, and is not natively supported on ARM Windows, which scares me a lot. Is enpass currently working natively or even with Rosetta on ARM macs?

  3. An annoyance I have with Enpass is if the app is switched to with Alt+tab, and no enpass window is open, a new one is automatically created. This gets really irritating when Enpass is the "previous app" and you accidentally switch to it, when just trying to quickly switch browser -> vscode, or similar. It's like a plague of enpass windows constantly getting in the way. Is there any way to disable this other than just quitting the app when not in use?

  4. Hi, I have a MacBook Pro M1pro 14` - Enpass displays the windows incorrectly and I often have the problem that the windows do not close. is this problem known? here is a screenshot - the white square is from me, but the rest is normal! Many Thanks

  5. Hello, as the description says, after the latest update, since a couple of days ago, in the Enpass Assistant window (the window that opens), I could search for a password item, and press cmd-c to copy the password, but this no longer works, I have to click on the copy button.

Hey there, I keep running into problems with both methods for setting up Wi-Fi sync. I’ve tried all the recommended troubleshooting tips, restarting devices, pausing/stopping the sync server, etc., but nothing seems to be working. Trying to set up Wi-Fi sync with the QR code yields the following message: "Error Couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi Sync Server. Make sure that server is running and you are connected to same network.” But unfortunately, the server is running and I am connected to the same wireless local area network. Attempting to connect manually results in my iOS application just spinning its gears indefinitely on the “Looking up for servers…” status. …

  7. Hello, Recently I noticed an odd behaviour with the multi-factor auth within Enpass. I kept locking myself out of different services which I at first thought to be a timing issue where the 'one time code' ran out before I managed to copy and paste it from the Enpass app. But now when I'm looking a bit closely on this, it seems that the 'one time code' is generating the wrong digits when added into Enpass. When setting up a new multi-factor auth (tried both with QR-scan and entering hashed code manually) I was not able to complete the multi-factor auth setup due to the code generated in Enpass not being accepted. However when i try the same process in another aut…

  11. 1、The user name on the right shows the correct mailbox, and the left shows the error. 2、Every time you open Enpass, the sync window will pop up automatically, which is annoying.

Dear Enpass Developers We're an IT Support company helping many of our customers to switch from 1Password to Enpass. The initial migration works pretty nice (at least with the old .pif format ;-) The problem they're having is to export/share single Enpass records into .csv format to share with other Managers. Why not iinclude an Option to export/share a single (or multiple) items to an .csv Format ? Thanks for listening / Mik (Enpass 6.8.1.1063 on macOS 12.4)

  13. Hi, all I found Enpass 6.8.1 (1060) (Mac App Store) connect to unknown IP address 34.252.43.209:443 when startup, it seems Amazon EC2 server, then I tried turn off both Check Compromised Passwords and Use Website Icons 2 options (uncheck) but got the same result I'm worry about this issue (I do love Enpass)

  15. I updated to the AppStore version of Enpass 6.8.0 when it became available. Everything was working fine on my iOS and Mac (latest OS versions) devices. The sync was working everywhere. But yesterday, I installed a new Mac device (M1 based / MacOS 12.3.1) and tried to connect to the central vault on my Synology WebDAV server (DSM 7.0.1). I could not connect and received credential errors (Please check your username & password). I researched this for hours and thought it might be the certificate installation on the Mac. Unfortunately it turns out, that I could fix my issue by downgrading to Enpass 6.7.4. With the old version I can connect my new Mac to the We…

Hi, I imported my data from 1password into Enpass (iCloud sync) and have all the data in both my mobile (iOS) and desktop app (macOS) and everything syncs up nicely. In the IOS app I see all categories (logins, creditcard, notes, etc) but I do not see this in the desktop app. Categories is enabled in the View menu. I have a subscription via the mobile app and I have registered via the Enpass desktop app. How can I see the categories in the desktop app? Thanks, Stef

I have an iMac, a MacBook and an iPhone and use Enpass on all of them. Usually at home, I work at the iMac, the MacBook being turned off. On the go, I use the MacBook. What I wish for is a set up, where I can sync over the Wi-Fi between iPhone and iMac - or between iPhone and iMac. As for iMac and MacBook, usually one of these is not available. The iPhone is always charged, turned on, and available. How can I set up a sync between these devices? At home, I use the iMac and want to sync to the iPhone. When leaving, Enpass on the MacBook is usually outdated, so I want to sync it with the iPhone (which is assumed to have all the latest passwords). But at that time I'm a…

  19. Hi Enpass team, I run MacOS BigSur 11.6.5 and ever since recently auto-upgrading to Enpass 6.8.0 my Mac regularly crashes due to Enpass when opening after sleep. Update from Mac AppStore

  20. I am not yet an Enpass user, but it might be in my future. 1Password 8 only export format is currently 1PUX, with intentions to move to an encrypted 1PEX. Does Enpass expect to support importing from these in the future? Thanks

  21. It's absolutely painful. Enpass keeps failing to connect when I click its Chrome icon or the desktop menubar icon. Then, when I try to open the Enpass application, It freezes (beach ball). The only way to temporarily "fix" the problem is to use Activity Monitor to force-quit the frozen Enpass process. Then, I have to reconnect Enpass to the Chrome browser. It works for a login or two, but it freezes again. Can't take this anymore. I paid in advance for a year, so please resolve this issue ASAP! macOS Monterey 12.1 Chrome 100.0.4896.88

  22. I opened Enpass assistant and went over to and did cmd+c on my user name and password but it does not look like its copying them. This is completely deal breaker for me as I often copy fields. I know about the cmd+shift+U shortcut, its longer and you need two hands to do it, also there are other fields I would like to copy that does not have a dedicated shortcut. The whole assistant app is clunky and needs some fixing:- 1) I didn't find the docking shortcut cmd+shift+D in the shortcuts page and had to hunt for it myself. The command cmd+D should be used for docking and command+SHIFT+D should be using for duplicates since you are a lot more likely to dock than c…

  24. Sorry but your newest Enpass version 6.8.0 for MacOS & iOS is a complete disaster. WebDAV synchronization is not available anymore. I wasted a lot of time before I recognized that your app is responsible for that issue. I could go back to version 6.7.4 on MacOS (whre it works) but no chance in iOS. Do you not test your software before releasing? When do you plan a patch for it?

  25. Hi all Every time I launch Enpass on my Mac it behaves as if it expects me to set it up again, 'select where you already have or want to keep your data' and a window showing various options as to locating the Enpass database. Further it prompts me to 'activate Enpass' which if I make the mistake of clicking will prompt getting a six digit code. At the very least I have to tell Enpass that my data is on on iCloud which prompts a series of browser window logins and clickthroughs before it launches my database and prompts me for the password or PIN. I have an database filled out, I have a master password, I have a PIN. All I want to do is load up the app, valid…
