Hello, i try to configure Enpass under Linux Mint 21. Installation works fine, the syncfolder ist stored on a network drive which is mounted by fstab (and is displayed and accessible from the desktop). These folder can used for sync from a windows version of Enpass and from an android device without problems. The syncfolder is a network drive, mounted in the home-directory of the current user ("SyncFiles"), but is not displayed in the folderselect-Dialog of Enpass. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any help would be appreciated. Best regards Dominion

Hello, I notice that the search box only returns the occurrences found in the main title part and not in the other parts such as notes, url, etc. ..?! It worked as expected in version 5.6.9; Could you make sure to resume this behavior in the new version of Enpass. Thank you.

I've recently installed Ubuntu 19.04 on my laptop with UEFI/SecureBoot and disk encryption enabled. when i tried to restore my vault from my cloud drive, it doesn't accept my masterpassword. after some research I found this: Is there an option to restore the vault with while keeping my disk encrypted? Like to see your thoughts.

i have try to use enpass on linux "KDE Neon", i have no problem with xorg but if y use Wayland the app don't launch. If i try on a console. he say : "Module wayland not found"

Hi, I've been using Enpass for at least 5 years (I think) - several platforms and always loved it. About 3 weeks ago it spontaneously stopped running on my desktop, won't launch at all from command line or from the whisker launcher, and the browser plugins don't do anything. Working fine on windows and android. Tried uninstalling & re-installing (twice): https://www.enpass.io/support/kb/general/how-to-install-enpass-on-linux/ :: immediately after install I get taken through the dialogue to restore data from dropbox (the authorisation page failed at first both times which it never has before). Then the next time I try to launch the app it fails as above. …

On Cinnamon and KDE DE (both running on Fedora 24) whenever I have a notification (any notification), if I click this notification Enpass goes to foreground. Are you aware of this issue? This is very annoying to be honest. Enpass version is 5.3

The Download section specifies that version 5.6.5 is the latest for linux (including changelog), but it still downloads version 5.6.0 (Enpass_Installer_5.6.0)

Hey, I need to check several Enpass backup files to see if I can retrieve login info for an online account I haven't accessed in a while. The login info is not in the current Enpass database. Whenever I launch Enpass it opens the current database. How can I prompt it to open a backup file? I do NOT want to replace or corrupt the current database in any way. I just need to read the old file to see if the info I need can be retrieved.

I really want to use the new beta version because I like the theming, it integrates better with my desktop but on opensuse I'm unable to get the latest beta.. There is a beta in the repository but it's approx 100 years old.. Is there any way I can get a hold of an updated rpm? I'm fine compiling it myself too but I'm assuming it's not available in that manner? I could try to convert a .deb package but I can't find any direct links to any beta channel download. Please help!

Hi, It seems like it is currently not possible to either create new Passkeys or authenticate with them using Enpass on Linux (I tested Firefox and Chrome). The website I tested with is https://www.passkeys.io/, but other websites also didn't work. What did work was adding and authenticating with Enpass on an iPhone. Note that the problem is not with Firefox or my OS as the same test worked with Bitwarden. I hope this gets resolved soon as it is currently blocking me from using passkeys. Hi, I setup a new Ubuntu 16.04 system and installed Enpass. I tried the Installation via ppa and the standalone installer. Installing Enpass works fine, running does not. It appears the Linux version does track password change history, but no way to access it? Is this correct and is support for accessing history planned?

Hi, Using 6.4.0 (631) on Ubuntu 19.10 I have recently been updating many passwords in the 'Password Audit Weak' list. Some of them are now gone from that list, others remain despite Enpass labelling them as good or excellent. The vault is sync'd with Android and, as far as I can see, the same 'good' passwords are appearing in that weak list. Anyone know what's going on? Sim

Hello, I always use Enpass in the following way: I open Enpass, search for my password, click the button for bringing it into the clipboard. In my Linux, ClipIt as Clipboard is installed. I found out, that it has a history. Isn't this a security problem? If yes, how can I solve it? Thank you.

Hi Enpass team, I have been experiencing very persistent crashes on my Ubuntu 19.10 laptops (stock Ubuntu version with latest updates), including a brand new build installed from scratch quite recently. Typically crashes occur when I try to invoke Enpass from Firefox to fill out some login details using the shortcut key; however since upgrading to 6.4.0.631, they've also started to occur without any interaction: I just had it SEGV on me while my session was locked (an Apport notification popped up on the lock screen). I'm using Enpass without problems on Linux (at present with Pop_Os 20.04 64 Bit, Ubuntu 20.04 based), Android 10 and Windows 10. In Linux, I'm running Enpass 6.4.1.643 from apt.enpass.io with two vaults attached, one restored from G Drive and one from Dropbox without any problem. Now I tried to add and restore a third vault from Dropbox.
