My primary vault will only sync via wi-fi sync, which is a problem for me. I would prefer that my vault syncs via iCloud, but I don't see any option to do that. Is there any way to change the method of syncing for the primary vault?

Hi, I'm currently trying out the business solution from Enpass. Unfortunately, it only works with a OneCloud Tressor. I had to create an MS Azure account first - a bit of a hassle. It's a shame that this doesn't work with other cloud solutions. I have linked the Enpass app (Mac) to my business email and am now trying to connect the OneDrive Tressor. When I click on "connect", I have to authenticate myself in the browser. Then I am taken back to the Enpass app and get the error message: Something went wrong while restoring OneDrive. Error code: -958 How can I solve this problem? Thank you for your help. Leif

I ran the Password Audit and found many passwords that need changing. I have changed 50 passwords so far but I see that some are still in the "weak" tag even though when I highlight the item, it's passwords says "excellent". Can I re-check the whole database? I have the free Enpass on 2 iMacs, but I'd like to edit my categories, so I guess I need Premium. Do I need to buy Premium for each of the 2 iMacs?

Cant find how to retrieve items from the trash bin and neither how to exclude items from the audit and also not how to re-include them (I have excluded some in the past so atleast it did work for me at some point).. using the newest version on my macbook.

When using MacOS Safari on multiple user accounts on the same Mac, Safari seems to deauthorize. If I use it on one account it will work but if I switch to the other account I will have to go into safari > settings > extensions and uncheck Enpass then recheck it for it to start working on the second account. Hi, There's a problem that I can't use handoff on my MacOS, like copying on Mac and paste on my iPhone since my system is Big Sur, it still exists when I'm using Monterey 12.3, MacBook Pro 13' 2018. However, if I copy on my iPhone or iPad, text can be pasted to any other iOS, iPadOS and MacOS devices. So I'm wondering if it's just my problem or the software issue. I remember this handoff feature on MacOS was still available in 2019. If it's the software's security settings, hope I can choose to open handoff or not in next version. If it's my problem, pls tell me how to fix this issue, thanks.

Hi, I have three vaults on my MacOS (two on cloud and one local). I wanna move the local vault to the Windows Portable Version. I went to the local vault and did a backup. It creates me a file local.enpassbackup Then I opened the Windows portable version and want to restore from backup, but I can only choose an .walletx or .db file. What can I do to import the vault? REPRODUCE: 1) Create new Item using Login > Default (or probably any template) 2) Add a Multiline field 3) Populate that multiline field with several lines of text 4) Save RESULT: The multiline field displays much, much taller than the content within.

I am using Enpass V6.0.5 an a Macbook running Mojave OS. I have searched for a Restore option, but there appears to be none. I have followed the user manual but is no help at all. I am backing up to a file on my Mac and to Google Drive. I would like to put Enpass onto another Mac running the same OS Could someone please help, how to get a restore button! Thanks

I was massively disappointed today to find out that TouchID on my Mac is now a paid-for option with Enpass 6. I've been using it for months with enpass 5. Why are you removing functionality? I'll just roll back to 5 if that's the situation. I don't have a problem with premium features per se, but removing previously free features only to force people to pay for them is *not* a way to keep your user base happy!

Hello, I'm running Mac OS Mojave 10.14.4 with Enpass 6.0.6 (326) I also run Enpass on Android and Windows (Desktop) but I don't have the issue on those platforms. I'm french, and using the keyboard layout called `US International with dead keys`. Since i'm french I'm using accent like `é` and `è`. In order to make a `é` I first need to type `'` then 'e'. It works well in Enpass on regular fields. However, it doesn't work on hidden fields. When I try to type `é` it will input a `e`. I tried to reset my local vault, where I can switch from a hidden to a visible input (and check that my `é` is now a `e`). Obvisouly, my main issue is …

I've never been able to get WiFi Sync to work on my Mac. Even after upgrading my macOS (temporarily) to use version 6.8.0 (from version 6.7.4), which Enpass Support said would fix the problem, WiFi Sync was never able to find my sync server, either in auto or manual mode. I resorted to using sync via iCloud, which allowed me to get the Mac's data into Enpass on my iPhone. However, subsequent syncs via iCloud have resulted in outdated data from the iPhone being put back in to the data on my Mac. I remove the data from iCloud after each connection, but that doesn't help. So I've now resorted to copying the data of a new or changed password as text from my Mac, tra…

Hi, I am trying to clean up my vaults as I seem to have some issues with the "recently used" function. this happens only when using the browser addons (see Screenshot 2019-02-28 at 09.29.51.png), not when using the global hotkey to search for passwords for non-browser apps. As a workaround, when using the browser addon, I have to manually search the password I need and use that one, once done, the entry is then added on top of the recently used list but the faulty one is still visible (see Screenshot 2019-02-28 at 09.35.37.png) Is it possible to clear the vault history or export/import everything to reset the data? When pressing the system-wide shortcut cmd+H in Enpass, the Application hidden (like intended). When you activate Enpass again (by application switcher), the main window stays hidden. Even actions that should give the main window focus (like the "About Enpass" menu item) nothing happens. The only way to bring the window back is selecting it from the Window menu or activating Enpass from the Dock (which sends a reopen Event by default). Hi, I'm a 1password user and I'm trying Enpass. I love many thing in this product but feels a bit disappointed by the way shortcut works (1 for safari, 1 for system wide... why not only one ???) but the most problematic one is the fact that enpass plugin does not work correctly : I activated the match url option, then when I call the plugin (shorcut or icon on safari tool bar) I have the list of logins that match the exact URL (good) but when I double click on the login, it does not fill the form but instead opens a new tab, open the url saved in the login and start filling it... How do I remove Enpass from 'Look Me Up By Email'? Enpass was uninstalled one week ago and it's still showing up. How can I remove this iCloud authorization?

My wife and I both wanted to use Enpass on our shared iMac. Is there any way to do this? Either install another version with a different master password or even better in future updates be able to put in different master passwords to the same app and have it unlock different vaults?

Enpass settings for autolock are not working. The idle and inactive timers aren't working - Enpass requires unlocking regularly Anyone else seeing this issue?
