My password works on both my iphone and iPad but not long works for my Mac desk. This seems to have occurred with the latest update.

I’d like to use enpass on my iPad with Edge. But I can’t install the extension because I get the message, that I must install the newst version of Edge. But I have the newest version. What can I do? iPad Pro, iPadOS 16.1.1, Edge 110.0.1587.50

If you edit and remove default sections they are still showing after save. They are correctly removed from the MacOS app. It also works correctly if you are creating your own custom sections. I am not sure if this is a known issue? I included screen shot example of the issue.

Hi, I have been using ENPASS as my default Vault for years and it works great for Safari, but with Edge I can’t seem to get this to connect with Enpass on my iPad or iPhone. Each time I visit a website on Edge and it requests a password I only see the ones saved in Edge and it will not allow me to find or link to Enpass. Does anyone know how to get Edge to link to Enpass?

Hi i am running Nextcloud and Enpass autofills the credentials perfectly fine BUT when I click the login button I get an error saying “please enter the password”. I found a workaround: - let Enpass autofill the credentials - and then while the cursor is still in the password field I enter any character on the keyboard (just to “touch” the input field) and delete it again right away. - hit the login button and it works fine Is this an issue with how Nextcloud checks for the input? Hi, As you all know there’s an option to hide website and username suggestions on the keyboard when autofilling a login. I don’t want to hide these, so I turned the option off. However, in iOS Firefox and Edge these details remain hidden. The suggestions only show up in Safari. I’m using Firefox mainly and it would be much more convenient to choose the suggestion rather than having to open the complete list. My keyboard is the default iOS keyboard, all apps and iOS are updated to the latest version. Is this a bug or the integration into iOS is not properly done?

Since two days Enpass is not syncing the vault with iCloud anymore. I always get the message that I should check the internet connection. Internnet connection is fine and on my iPad and my Mac everything is working fine. I already deleted Enpass on my iPhone and reinstalled it but no change at all. What can I do? Is there any possible solution? Enpass is the latest version available in the App Store.

Is it possible to sync the passwords stored in iCloud with the passwords stored in the native iCloud pa speed test ssword manager? speed test If there is no existing functionality, does there stand anything in the way of developing it? I use Enpass on my Macs (macOS 13.0) and iPads/iPhone (iOS/iPadOS 16). I added a new entry with 2FA for a webpage on my Mac and autofill and the login itself works just fine. The entry is correctly synced via iCloud to my iPad and shows up just fine, the login-name, password and 2FA-code are correct, but when I use autofill for this entry on the webpage, the password is wrong. What's happening here?

Have a syncing issue. I have a MacBook Pro, an iPhone and Ipad. The MacBook Pro seems up to date, I think but hard to say because most if not all changes I do on the Mac. It doesn’t show syncing issues. But, my iPhone doesn’t show syncing issues and says it’s synced without issues if I sync. It may be that it’s syncing to the iPad and not the Mac. However the iPad shows the below. So not sure what the problem is or where. Help please. There are no issues with other apple apps syncing across all devices.

I have paid version of Enpass on my iPod iOS 12.5.5. Followed your instructions to set autofill in my Settings. However, when on a Safari website requiring password, if I select Enpass, it takes me to the app instead of entering the user/password.

It's been almost a week now since I've noticed that the Safari app extension of Enpass does not show up when I tap on the "Share" button of Safari. I tried to delete and re-install the Enpass app, but no change. Enpass iOS app version 6.6.3 iOS Version: 14.6 This quite frustrating as I do not want to use the password auto-fill functionality since I also use keychain for some accounts. Hi I am using enpass 6.8.3 on iOS16. Nextcloud sync on my Mac is working flawless. In iOS I get the error that the URL is incorrect. What am I missing? Thanks, Fabian

On ios 15.6.1 using Enpass 6.8.1. 2 vaults. If you create an item in a custom category in a secondary vault, the category counter is incremented, but the item doesn't show up if one shows all vaults. If the view is changed to show only the secondary vault the item shows up.

Anyone else testing under iOS 16 beta and having the app freeze after login? It freezes for me once I open a password record. Trying to confirm the problem under iOS 16. Thanks.

Just switched to my new iPhone 14 and now I have a problem: I sync 3 additional vaults via webdav internal only (and the main vault with iCloud). So the webdav-servers are not reachable from the internet (DNS will resolve, but there will be no answer from the servers). When outside the local network, enpass opens and when it tries to sync the app freezes after a few seconds. When disabling the data network (airplane mode) enpass works and just reports that there is no connection to the sync store - all fine. This did not happen with my old phone on iOS 15. Not sure if it is a Problem with iOS 16 or the iPhone 14. Maybe somebody can do some testing with this…

Hi there, today i updated Enpass from the AppStore on my iPhone to version 6.8.0. After update it was not even more possible to open enpass via FaceID, i had always to enter my master password :-( Another issue was that the webdav synchroniziation was disabled. I tried to establish a new webdav connection, but i got an error mesage that username or password are invalid. i tried the same on my ipad with enpass 6.7.x installed and it worked fine with no problems. is there any suggestion how to solve the webdav-connection-problem with enpass 6.8.0?

Both logins are the same email and password. Why is their duplicates ? There is not on Enpass password manager on windows.

I have Enpass on Mac Mini M1 & Macbook Air M1, along with my iPad and iPhone 12 mini. I just noticed that the 2FA on my iPhone is just different. The 2FA secret code is literally identical. I removed it, added it again, it synced through dropbox but the code from the iPhone is different from the Macs & iPad. I disconnected the iPhone from the dropbox, then reconnected it but it's still the same issue. What could be the issue? How do I fix this? It's not just one account, its multiple accounts that this happens to. It renders my phone useless. UPDATE: Never mind. Turned out it was me setting my phone to manual time instead of automatic.

Face ID no longer works on both of my devices. After scanning the face, it says it's ok. Then I have to enter the password. Turning Face ID off and on again didn't help.
