Hi. I am new to Enpass and I have a problem with autofill (Safari and Firefox). I have checked the "Autofill details without showing Enpass Assistant" checkbox but autofill always shows the Assistant and I have to double click on the entry. I tested this on different websites, some with one login, some with 2 different logins. The behavior is identical with keyboard shortcut or contextual menu. Is it a known bug ? Thanks in advance.

I have this problem where Enpass seems to quit randomly. As far as I can tell, it is quitting cleanly, i.e. there are no crash logs when I relaunch the app. As I'm not watching the menu bar all the time I can't tell exactly when and under what scenarios it's quitting, and therefore the icon disappears from the menu bar. All I can say is that sometimes it's no longer running after a long period of sleeping (e.g. overnight) and sometimes it could be when I'm actively working. I will only know when I need to use it and either the browser prompts me to launch Enpass or I don't see it in the menu bar to grab a secret from it. How can I troubleshoot it as it's getting…

Hello, I’m using Enpass on my M1 iMac (beside iPhone and iPad Pro). But I’m wondering, why it’s necessary to enter Master Password instead of using Touch ID after app restart or rebooting my Mac? This behavior is not on iOS/iPadOS but on macOS Also I think, this was not on an older version of Enpass… can we have this option back please, to always use TouchID? Thanks and kind regards René

Hi, when i completely close Enpass the width of the first two columns in Enpass gets reset to default width. This was not an issue in Enpass 6.8.2. Issue starts with Enpass 6.8.3 MacOS Monterey 12.6 on m1 imac and also m1 macbook pro 13 Uninstallation and reinstallation did not fix the issue: Columns were set to width: after quiting Enpass width of the first two colums gets reset to: So please fix this issue as soon as possible. Was working fine until I just updated. Now I get "Sync Error Something went wrong while syncing with iCloud. Error Code: 308503" Anyone else seeing this? Ideas to fix it?

Hi, Recently I upgraded to Mac OS Big Sur, so I re-installed all my applications after it, BTW I did a clean installation of the OS, not an upgrade. Besides that I was able to install and restore a vault saved at Google Drive, then it was the turn of my job vault, which is tired in Microsoft OneDrive, but when I configure it Enpass just freezes, no error message, no nothing. I have the MacApp Store version of Enpass installed (6.5.2) with my license configured on it. I hope you can help me to solve this issue. Best regards,

When I go to a site's login page, it seems that the the browser plugin always shows me two entries. This seems to be happening on entries that I have imported from another Password Manager and these entries have two urls in them for the same domain (although they have different port numbers). Example 1: I have one entry that has the following urls: example.com:1234 example.com and I will see two entries when I am at example.com (port 80). Hi, I've my ~/Documents folder backed up by QRecall (v2.x) every time there is any change to the file system. When inspecting my backup data today I found frequent backups (every 10 min. or so) even when I'm not around my computer (when sleeping e.g.). Turns out Enpass is writing to my two vaults every 10 min. even when no change has been made and other synced devices (my notebook and android phones, e.g.) are either shut down or sleeping. My guess is Enpass is constantly checking the cloud sync store (Google Drive in my case) and writing sync status (or something in that nature) to the vaults. This is causing excessive vault writing and backups, however, which …

Found another corner-case bug: If you create a Multiline field and flag it Sensitive, when editing an item with this field, the content of this field is not obscured. To be more clear... When viewing an item containing a sensitive multiline field, you do see the •••••• instead of the content. But when editing such an item, the sensitive multiline field is fully visible (and there's no eyeball button to show/hide the content), even though other sensitive fields work correctly.

I have one instance of Enpass that will not sync with dropbox. This machine is in the same office as another machine that has NO problems syncing with dropbox. Both use the same router and hub. Both are wired. Both are the same version of WIN10, although one is new and one is a conversion. I have upgraded to the latest "fixed" version today. (downloaded over the internet after being prompted by Enpass) I have disconnected dropbox from this version of enpass; then reauthorized it (used the internet to reauthorize it) I have rebooted the machine. I installed Enpass from the AppStore, on macOS Catalina. I also installed the Chrome plugin and made sure that "Open automatically on system startup" is selected. I also set my keyboard shortcut to ⌘+x like I always do. The problem appears when I: Restart macOS Open Chrome Go to any website that requires credentials Press ⌘+x I get this prompt And I have to press "Open Enpass" and wait, and then enter the vault password. This takes a lot of time. Why isn't Enpass already open? What can I do to fix this? Thanks

Hi, As far as I see, the new Macbook Air 2018 touch ID is detected by Enpass 5.6.11 (154), it can be enabled in the settings, but even when enabled, it does not unlock Enpass. Nothing just happens while touching it. Please tell me I'm not doing anything wrong and you will release an update bringing this support to the Macbook Air ? Thanks

Is there any possibility to recover the Master Password or reset it using the Face ID in IphoneX?. I have both apps, for IOS and for Mac. As i get used to the Face ID high speed, i forgot the Master Password. Title might sounds a bit irritating, but let me describe my trouble. I am using Enpass 6.4.1 (642) on my Mac (10.15.4). When I was adding a new entry I encountered a strange behaviour while generating the password for the new service. Each time I hit "copy to clipboard" to transport the password over to the form in my browser to apply it, Enpass reacted as if I was pressing the "refresh" button. This is quite annoying since the fill button then transport the wrong password over to the entry. "Remember the location of last used keyfile" option is enabled in settings and the unlock screen says "Keyfile in Use" but after entering my password and clicking "Unlock" I get the message "Error reading Keyfile." Manually selecting the Keyfile every time I unlock Enpass works but is very annoying. The Keyfile is stored within my Documents directory.

I am using iCloud to sync my Enpass data, and I noticed that every time I clear the Safari data, Enpass can no loger syncronize, and I have to set up the syncronization again. Previously I was using Dropbox, to syncronize Enpass and I had no such issues on the Desktop. I did have issues on my iPhone, because I first had to open the Dropbox app, let it syncronize and then open Enpass, which was inconvenient, so I moved over to iCloud sync which has no such requirement. I'm trying to determine whether the new update for Enpass on Mac actually fixes (any or all of) the problems I (and others) have reported over the last year but the descriptions are so generic, it's very hard to figure out. I notice weird issues on some websites I vist. Random javascript based behaviour will not work when Enpass extension is enabled As soon as I disable Enpass then the behaviour works as expected. Here is one example: https://www.shelly.com/de/products/shelly-blu-gateway Going to this website without Enpass you can click the thumbnails to replace the main photo. When Enpass extension is enabled this is not possible. Adding the domain to skipped domains in Enpass extension does not make a difference.
