Autofilling and Desktop Browser Extensions

I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. I have my settings correct and enpass is enabled in accessibility, but it still doesn't detecr password fields and autofills in my info. Can someone help me troubleshoot please? Thanks in advance.

Hello, I did install the latest version of Enpass Windows (6.8.3 1155) and can't activate the Browser Extention. I can't enter the numbers into to the Popup of my Brave AND Edge Browser - Bernhard

Something weird going on where I used Enpass to login into Enpass forums but then it suggested if I wanted to save the password!? Browser Firefox , Enpass latest , plugins:- I dont care about cookies ublock origin Auto tab discard firefox containers (not used for Enpass) Strict Privacy Protection setting on firefox CookieBlock ( https://karelkubicek.github.io/post/cookieblock) none should interfere with this?!

With the desktop version, I can select to automatically continue or not after autofill. Can I set this on iOS also?

When I enter my secret-key for Paypal (other sites not tried yet) it just changes the MFA-code in something else. As example: my one-time key is: 458 965, Enpass makes it: 247 963 (just random other code). When I tried to login in Paypal with this on-time code, i get an error, because it's the wrong code. Why change Enpass my one-time secret code in something else?

Hi evrybody! I´m using Enpass quite a long time and I was quit happy with it. But now I don't have the extension at Safari. I don't know when it disappears. I disabled and enabled the checkbox in the settings, but that didn't help. Any ideas? It's not nice to work without it!

Good evening, when I activate the Firefox Plugin and go to reddit.com and click the "Home" button which shows als subreddits and has the subreddit search function, the plugin considerably slows down the time until the dropdown list appears. Sometimes 1-2 seconds, sometimes more. In rare occurences Firefow also shows the "Enpass is slowing down Firefox" warning bar on top: Is this a known issue? Thanks Andreas

I have been observing for a few days now that copying fields from Enpass does not really put it on macOS clipboard. When I try to paste what was copied in Enpass, nothing gets pated. I use an app called "Paste" on macOS to maintain clipboard history but that is not a problem. I have tried copy-pasting with my clipboard manager app not running. This has been happening from both browser extension as well as macOS desktop app. If I reboot my mac, everything works fine until it stops working again. Anybody seeing this or know a solution to this problem? This is such a deal breaker feature and is compelling me to evaluate other password managers.

Is there a reason the Enpass extension no longer functions for the Brave web browser?

In Enpass I have Autofill shortcut in default CMD+Shift+A. In Systemsettings > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Keyboard I have "Move focus to next window" configured to be CMD+< Naturally CMD+Shift+< moves the focus to the previous window. Bug: When I use CMD+Shift+< two times in a row Enpass Autofill starts! This is not only unexpected but really annoying, too, when you cycle through multiple windows s.a. in Safari.

It seems that Enpass automatically adds an Enter (return) after autofilling a name and password for a web site. There are times when I don't want it to do that so I can add something to the end of the password. Is it possible to prevent this behavior?

Hi! I'm always trying to use enpass browser extension to autofill my online banking login however they are asking for my number and a PIN but enpass always picks the number and my passwort. Is there any way I can tell Enpass which item to pick from my Login to autofill a certain field ?

Anyway, I have a question or two about generating new passwords and auto-filling on a web page. Here's my situation: Recently, a website, for which I have a username and password, forced me to reset my password. On the reset page there were fields for "Password" and "Confirm Password." I generated the new password using Safari's EnPass extension but the extension only filled the new password in the "Password" field and not the "Confirm Password" field. When I try to login to a webpage, I will double click on the icon and it takes me to the login page (but does not log me in). I have to go back to the icon and double click once again and then it auto fills and logs me in. Is this the way it is suppose to work? Roboform would do this in a single step. Am I missing something, or does it take 2 steps to login with the Enpass Firefox extension to a website? Thanks for any help. J Steve

For those of us not using Chrome on our Chrome OS devices can the Android autofill service option be added? I use a Chromebook Duet mainly as a tablet and am using Brave as my browser, which is available only as an Android app, but Enpass does not seem to have a way to talk to the browser.

I'm thinking about switching over completely to Enpass but this doesn't make me comfortable. My other password manager that I've been using for years doesn't do this. Whenever I click on a link on the app, my web browser then opens the link but there's a string of ?Enpass6AutoFill= followed by a bunch of characters (letters and numbers). It's the same string of characters for any websiite, and it's totally necessary. I just want to open a regular link. Using the latest browser extension on chrome, it is not possible to close tabs by using cmd+w. Did not test other shortcuts. But disabling the extension helps - which is just for debugging. Chrome: Version 102.0.5005.61 Enpass: 6.7.5 edit: please delete > just found this chrome://extensions/shortcuts (cmd+w was set to close enpass. which is hopefully not the default setting since its a native browser shortcud)

As you can see in the image, EnPass is suggesting credit cards for phone numbers in the microsoft phone verification page.

I'm suddenly getting Error 403 when trying to use the browser extension in Google Chrome, latest version 101.0.4951.41. I haven't changed any setting or done anything with my browser between when it worked and now. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the browser extension from the chrome web store and no change. What's going on? What do I have to do to get the extension working again? Thanks for your help

Hi all, the inline autofill feature never worked in my firefox. The normal popup of the extention works. I have the FF version 98.0.2 and I just downloaded the latest browser extention but it does not appear in the input/password fields. On my second laptop it works flawlessly. When I tried to compare the settings, I noticed that the autofill settings are missing. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thanks!
