    I love LastPass but I'm fed up with their yearly price increases, $1 per month increase over the past 2 years. My questions is about "platforms." What is a platform? Do I need to purchase a seperate subscription of Enpass for any phone I use and every single computer I use? One thing I liked about LastPass is I could log in from any computer wherever I am in the world, not just a home/work computer,etc. Can I do this with Enpass and only buy the iPhone unlimited license? And once I buy it that's it, right? No more fees later on? Is the app and web interface as easy to use as LastPass?

Hello, I have purchased Enpass premium, and I want to use it on my android device as well, but when I synchronize my account on my phone it tells me that I need to upgrade do premium and to pay for that, which I already did on my windows laptop. How can I solve this issue ? Thanks for responding

  4. I purchased Enpass 6 for my sister. She has two Android phones using the same Google Play Store account. The first phone I used to purchase Enpass works ok and I see all premium features. The second phone still shows the trial version, and when I press "purchase" I get a message saying I already paid for the app. And then I see the following message: "Error while purchasing Enpass. Response code 7". Any idea for a solution?

    I begrudgingly paid for Enpass on Windows 10 a second time when it was upgraded to Version 6, because I wanted windows Hello support. Face time and the finger print reader work so well on my IOS devices. As you can understand I am more than a little upset that I have been charged a second time for a feature that does not work. Enpass could have at least waited for the feature to work before charging for it. However what has made me particularly angry is the fact that Enpass on my iPhone has bee upgraded to fix a Facetime issue, and then today Enpass on my iPad was updated, and I was not charged again when they were updated to version 6.   9. I want to upgrade to the Premium version, since the Microsoft Hello authentification is extremely welcome. However, the in app purchase doesn't work. It insists on entering an US address: My active windows account is properly set to my german home location, though, including the payment options. I am logged in with that account in Windows 10 as well: That keeps me from getting the premium version and is quite frustrating. I hope this can be fixed somehow. Thanks.

    Hello, I habe a PC with Windows 10 Pro where I installed the Traditional Win32 version. Reason: I want my password vault to be stored on my data partition (I create a backup once per week) and only in the Traditional Win32 I can set a custom folder for the Data Location. Here I can not use Windows Hello, but I want the Dark Theme. I also have a Microsoft Surface Go, here I would love to use the Windows Hello Feature and the Dark Theme.   12. Hi, I recently moved from Android to iOS. I had Pro on Android but I cannot find a way to bring that over to iOS. I use macOS as well. I remember using enpass premium on macOS when I had purchased it on Android. No separate payment was needed for macOS once it was purchased on Android. Do I need to pay $11.99 for each iOS and macOS to keep using enpass? Do I need to pay once via iTunes to get it on both iOS and macOS or can I bring over my premium account from Android to Apple platforms? Thanks.

    hello, I'm looking to migrate to something more up to date than what I have now (Ascendo Datavault). I purchased Enpass UWP for $10 for two reasons: Open with Windows Hello Sync to my Windows Mobile device Enpassed promised that those of us who purchased the UWP version would not be disappointed with the update to Enpass 6.     Hi, I installed Enpass via the windows app store and purchased the in-app premium features aka the so called "lifetime license" and everything went fine. But now I can't restore this purchase on any other windows installation (using the same account for the Microsoft store, of course). After I click the restore button it immediately tells me that there was en error restoring the purchase.   18. Hi, I bought the Android pro version and also paid for the windows app. I wanted a password manager that works with fingerprints. BUT... the windows app version doesn't work with web browsers (really??) and is not compatible, it seems, with the android version. I cannot use fingerprints with my Windows Hello fingerprint reader as the app version won't work with browser plugins. Considering I have paid twice for this I feel a bit annoyed and slightly conned. Surely there should be ONE version per platform, all should work together and fingerprint unlocking should be available on windows and android?

I stuck with you when you abandoned mobile.   22. Hey peeps at Enpass, Thanks for these new updates, I've been rocking Enpass since my First windows Phone in 2010. I love that I can now add icons to logins, uploading your own icons for logins is another plus. I love the Dark Mode on Android. As for Dark Mode on the Windows Store, no luck .   25. 1. App Stores take 15-30% of the fee you pay. I would rather see that go to Enpass development hack even profit for the Enpass developers! 2. Windows is now an issue. You need to buy it again and need to use the Windows Store, which is barely supported by Microsoft themselves! Would you be OK paying more for a multiplatform license? How about paying the SAME (currently 5.99) for a license for 1 platform, paying for it outside the store (meaning you simply don't pay Google, Apple or Microsoft for the efforts of the Enpass team)? Development team, would you consider this? Making more money and being independent of those stores?
