Enpass does not work in a proper way if run under 2+ users accounts on Mac at the same time. It works well only with the first account, from any other the following problems exist: 1. you can't do anything from menu bar Enpass icon. Nothing happens on click. 2. safari browser extension does not work either Unfortunately these issues make Enpass useless when more than one person share one computer.

Hello, I often have to make Enpass reconnect to iCloud for synchronization. The cloud icon turns red and I must go to click on it, going to Wallet parameters, and start synchronization process with iCloud re-authentication. Using Enpass 6.7.4 (938) on Apple Mac M1. Thanks.

I'm trying to determine whether the new update for Enpass on Mac actually fixes (any or all of) the problems I (and others) have reported over the last year but the descriptions are so generic, it's very hard to figure out. So Fixed an issue where Enpass could sync continuously, waiting for reauthentication. Sync continuously with what? Some vault? Does this address the problem where after some time, Enpass keeps asking for the password again to sync with NextCloud? I notice weird issues on some websites I vist. Random javascript based behaviour will not work when Enpass extension is enabled As soon as I disable Enpass then the behaviour works as expected. Here is one example: https://www.shelly.com/de/products/shelly-blu-gateway Going to this website without Enpass you can click the thumbnails to replace the main photo. When Enpass extension is enabled this is not possible. Adding the domain to skipped domains in Enpass extension does not make a difference. Hi, I'm trying to setup sync with enpass on my mac 10.7.5 laptop. After succesfully authorizing enpass to my dropbox (Authorization Finished Please continue with Enpass application.) I get the following error: Not able to connect to Dropbox. Please check internet connectivity. My internet connection is most definitely up, tried with and without firewalls, multiple browsers, also both enpass connections settings ('No proxy server and 'system proxy server'). Even tried the same with box.com All without success... any pointers would be great!

Hey guys, is it normal that when u restart the MAC u have to enter the masterpassword instead using Touch ID? I have the option to login with touch id AFTER entering the masterpassword once. Thanks

Is it possible that Enpass 5.5.7 has a bug: after minimizing the main window with with the left yellow minimize button in Mac, clicking on the Enpass icon in the dock won't bring back the application. Does anyone have the same problem? Very annoying. A fix would be highly appreciated.

Hello guys. First of all congratulations on Enpass, it really is a great product. Trying to use Firefox (instead of Chrome) I downloaded the last version. Unfortunately the extension does not work with Firefox 62. The extensions keeps saying that we need to activate "browser extension support" in app, but they are enabled. Hi There: I am wondering if this can be fixed or I should not put Dock at right. The extension on macOS will always stick to rightmost of screen. When you using system Dock on the right. I cannot click the rightmost button like "copy password", "info", which is very annoying. Can you add code to detect the rightmost of working viewport(Desktop/host application like chrome, firefox) instead of rightmost of screen?

Is this supposed to work on Safari 13? Safari has the extension checked and installed but doesn't populate anything. hen using Chrome or Firefox Enpass doesn't work. Can't find the Firefox extension., The Chrome extension installs but whenever anything is selected from vault the Safari browser is started and Enpass doesn't work with that.

Hey, I was trying to fill out a login and found that I have two, opened the software and found 400-ish items instead of 200. The problem is that I had saved new items before noticing the problem so I can't just restore from the backup. I have the latested everything, in addition to using Enpass on Android(Beta tester) and on iOS. And I use Dropbox to sync. Is there a way to repair the database without losing the new items?

After the latest update, the hotkey no longer autofills the username and password on any website. Instead, it opens a new tab showing the browser "Enpass Settings" page. I have tried resetting the hotkey under both "Activate the extension" and "Autofill or show Enpass" sections under the settings. Both open the "Enpass Settings" page in a new tab. Browser version: Firefox v 94.0.1 (x64) (current as of Nov 20, 2021) I've attached a screenshot of the page its opening. I don't have any global shortcuts setup.

Hello all, my main vault is on my iMac (sync server) and my handheld devices sync well with this vault. But how can I tell Enpass on my MacBook Pro not to „open” it's own syncserver, but to connect to the iMac's sync server and sync with it? Both on Mojave. Edge: 129.0.2792.52 MacOS: 14.7 Enpass: 6.11.3 (1773) When Enpass (app) is unlocked, the browser extension doesn't realize it's unlocked to allow selection of a password. Clicking on "Click to unlock Enpass" doesn't bring up the modal to tap Touch ID to unlock. This has been happening since last week. To resolve this issue I generally have to close the Enpass app and reopen it and then it will work again for a while until this behavior returns. My settings haven't changed. Using Enpass to enter credentials at personalsavings.americanexpress.com fails every time. But if I copy-paste the password from Enpass into the password field, it works just fine. Tested in Brave, Chrome, Firefox, Safari from Enpass Beta 6.7.4 (951) on macOS 11.6.1.

I have a Mac running El Capitan. I have installed Enpass, desktop version, on the Mac. I am running Chrome 53 and the Enpass icon is greyed out. If I click on the icon, I get a Enpass connection error. The setting "Enabled browser extensions" is already checked and "verify browsers" is checked as well. In Chrome the extension is enabled as well. How do I fix this problem?

Hi today I installed a new 6.0 version of Enpass. I thought that it will be update but it was a new installation. I had my all passwords stored only on my machine (MacBook). Is there any way to restore my passwords? Maybe they are still somewhere on my computer? Please help me, it's very important.

I keep having this issue during my testing of Enpass. I setup enpass and that seems to work fine, but later when I restart it, I get the initial screen where I am asked how I will use enpass (personal or business). I ended up with three different enpass installations of the main vault. Enpass lets me enter items in which ever vault is "current" from the latest forced re-install but then later it seems to totally forget it's installed and wants me to go through the entire process again... ???? Not sure how this happens, but it doesn't seem enpass is going to work for me. Just too many issues (passkey not working as expected, for example). Thanks,

Error Message after the second time opening the password manager. First opening after installation and setup works but after the second time I receive always the the message wring password. - tried all-ready to deinstall incl. libra and new install - on the mobile device everything's works fine, so I didn`t forget my password Any Ideas -> wrong Library in the OS IOS Catalina and newest Version of Enpass

On my Mac, I found 7622 files in the following directory: ~/Library/Containers/in.sinew.Enpass-Desktop/Data/Library/Caches/CloudKit/de1c*e4e2/Assets They consume 41GB of space and they range in dates from today back to April 10, 2022. Is there a way to stop this from happening and clean up all these similar files? I am running version 6.8.3.

After installing firefox/floorp with brew in to not default location: brew install floorp --appdir "~/Applications/" I'm receiving this message: Browser requesting the data is not code signed. You can share the following diagnostics with us at support@enpass.io. If i move it to /Applications/Floorp.app everything works as expected. Same is happening with firefox.
