Just updated to Enpass v6.7.2 (886) from Mac App Store Enpass is set to Open Automatically at System Startup and now I'm getting this message (attached pic) everytime I start my Mac Setting Enpass in 'Choose Application' starts Enpass, but only for the current session Suggestions?

Here are my system specs but this behaviour has been there like for ever (long time EnPass Pro user). macOS 12.1 EnPass Pro 6.7.4 (938) Whenever I try to generate a new password either from Enpass home screen or from within the edit mode of any vault item, if I click outside the generator pane it is dismissed and I am not able any more to copy or fill the generated password. Given the fact that clipboard copying is problematic this has resulted many times in me changing a password on a service then coming back to EnPass Pro to save it and accidentally dismissing the password generator window. It would be great if the menu bar & safari extension would work like every other menu bars and safari extensions on Mac. I mean when you click on it, it opens and when you click on it again it closes. Right now only Enpass menu bar & safari extension not closes when you click on them again on my Mac. It is a little bit annoying. Thanks!

Hi there, how can I modify text stored in the notes area, e.g. set it to bold or italic? In 1Password this was possible in italics with one asterisk (*) and in bold with 2 asterisks (**) before and after the words.

I accidentally installed two versions of Enpass, one from the Enpass website (v 6.3.3), the other from the Apple App Store (v 6.3.2). I have 264 items in version 6.3.2 and 195 in version 6.3.3. I would like to merge (sync?) the two versions into a single one. Any suggestions/recommendations on how to perform this task?

I'm using the latest v6.4.2 (667) on MacOS and TOTP codes seem to have stopped working. They works well on the Android app. The same thing happened in the past and was fixed with an update. Is it happening again?

I just updated to b6.5.1.721 for Mac, and while it does launch (although it bombed the first time), the Main Window never appears — or so I thought when I sent an email to support@ with a sample from Activity Monitor. But it turns out it's just the Beta 6.5.0 (699) BUG - Main Window sometimes fails to render problem, but far worse. The Enpass window is 100% transparent, 100% of the time. It's there, but it's invisible except for the red-yellow-green buttons in the upper left corner. Also, in this state it's impossible to interact with the Main Window in any way. Hi dear Enpass Support I'm having an Enpass WiFi Server suddenly want to connect to itself ? Error: Sync Error Destination folder for sync is unreachable But it is on the WiFi Sync Server itself where I get this error (Enpass 6.8.1.1063, macOS 12.4 on MacBookPro18,1 M1 Pro) The vault is visible and everything looks fine otherwise. There are 3 other Mac's & one iPhone on the same WiFi Network being Sync-Client to this server and where working fine for weeks. Hi, I am a new user to Mac and I set tap to click function in my new MacBook. However, I find out that tap to click function is not working in Enpass. I have to click the button rather than simply tap it. How can I enable it for Enpass? Thank you!

Hello guys, I have the following challenge: On my mobile phone with iOS 10.3.4 I use Enpass V.6.3.2. On one laptop with Windows 10 I'm also using Enpass V.6. For synchronizing I use Google Drive. Synchronizing and all other functionality work very well. But for some works I have to use a MacBook Pro with OS X El Capitan (10.11.6). Since this MacBook is from mid 2009 it is not possible to upgrade OS X to a higher Version. Therefore on the MacBook I'm using Enpass V.5.6.11. Hi, I am an avid user of Enpass. The app is great. I use it on my phones, on my Linux machine, on my windows machine, on my mac books. I have accumulated many hundreds of items in Enpass. I paid for premium version just so that I can use touch id to unlock Enpass on my macbook. But I have hard time figuring out how to use touch id. I have already enabled Quick Unlock -> Touch Id check box (See attached image). But neither the main app nor the browser extension ask for touch ID. Master password is the only thing they ask for. Hi, We use Mac Ventura 13.6 and Enpass 6.9.1. Unfortunately the app crashes a few seconds after I entered the master password. There is a window telling "Enpass wurde unerwartet beendet." I am 24/7 enpass user and while reading white paper one enpass today i found out about key file to make my database more secure as keyfile works as 2FA for database. First i created a database with keyfile and copied my primary vault data to the new vault. Then i connected my new vault to webdav on icedrive.net after syncing everything to my cloud storage i wanted to remove primary vault and keep using the new vault with keyfile. I removed all databases from my enpass and started restoring new vault from icedrive.net once i came to the step where is asks for password and keyfile it gave me error that my keyfile and password does not match. Howdy Enpass, When I want to generate a new password using my favorite method of clicking open the icon in my browser's toolbar, I get a pop-up that cuts off below the digits selector. There is no way to adjust the window, for when I hover over the edge there is no change in the cursor allowing me to expand the window. This of course prevents me from adjusting the recipe. This problem occurs in both my Safari and Firefox browsers. I am using the latest Mojave OS. Hello, I use you fantastic app for a while now. I use webdav sync on synology for a while, wich works fine. But all my entries are just duplicated. I would like to know how to remove the old ones automatically because i have hundred of lines. Hello, I encounter this problem: When I want to check the compromised PWs on my secondary vault, it works fine. But on my primary vault I get the message „no internet connection, try again”. At the same I use the internet, so the IS a connection. Where is the error? iMac 2019 on Mojave, latest Enpass version. Thx for hints. Update: After the 3rd attempt, it did work. Still strange why it needed 3 attempts ...

Updated to the newest version 5.5.5 (92). It just hangs quite soon after startup. Takes 100% of CPU and becomes unresponsive. Tried to disable ownCloud sync, didn't have any effect.

Hi, I'm not starting to use Enapas on my Macbook pro as well. Sometimes when i open Enpas from the notification area (Windows) and now from the topmenu (on OSX) i use the short command (Command+E) to open the full view. On Windows when i authenticate using Windows Hello (TouchID) using the mini view and then open the full view using (CTRL+E) then i dont have to authenticate again since i have already done so. On MAC however its not working correctly. When i authenticate in mini view and open the full view it ask me to authenticate once more. Why? It is really annoying to be honest. HI, I'm using Firefox 126.0.1 (64-bit) wirh enpass plugin 6.9.4.1 on a Mac M1 running Sonoma 1.4.5. When I login to my bank account (https://banking.dkb.de/login) and try to login with clicking the Username field, the proper credentials from Enpass are shown from the plugin, but when I click this entry, the Username field stays empty and nothing happens. When I try a right click in the Username filed and select Enpass from the context-menu, and then the same entry, this works. I experience this problem on the DKB site only. Hi, I have the enpass 6.6 version on my MacOs Bigsur (11.2.1). Enpass generally works fine. However I cannot enable Touch ID at all. It is gray out, inactive. Originally i tried the version what the site offer. Then I tried the app store one (this is what I used). Unfortunately both version provide the same "Touch ID isn't enabled on this device" I checked the system preferences - TouchID and it is enabled. The function works fine. I can unlock the Mac and make authorization instead of write the admin password. However in Enpass this cannot be used. Can you help me how to enable it or what to check? Thanks! Mihaly

I've set up Touch ID in the app. I would like to set it to always ask for a password on first startup and only then use Touch ID. Is there a way to do this?
